Try this light version for free. It offers full functionality for the first three pages you annotate.
Stylys Annotator is the slimmest PDF annotation software for Samsung Galaxy Note devices. Use the Samsung stylus to make precise annotations and markers in your own handwriting, in any PDF document.
Files can be opened and stored locally as well as to your DropBox account. (The light version does not include the DropBox-connection)
The annotation functionality has been designed to allow fluent reading and annotation of documents.

1 ★ I love that there are pen options, but it won't work for me. Just drags the page around the screen when I try to write.
3 ★ Great pen support! BUT what keeps it from being my daily use pdf app is lack of cloud saving support and the fact that the highlight lines are not automatically made straight. Do these two changes and this will be the best pdf annotator

5 ★ Great app! I've been looking for an app like this for a long time. Simple & functional. Could you add an eraser?
2 ★ Didn't quite work as well as I'd hoped. File manager was overly simplistic, and there doesn't seem to be a way to set anything up. Getting a pen style was confusing, and getting it to write was confusing as well, since it wouldn't perform the first stroke. Worse, it seemed to unexpectedly ask if I wanted to save changes when I was still attempting to write, and having no choice, would select either yes or no and and it would close. Definitely a beta app.
