Download the latest mySPRK application, version 1.3, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Business app is developed by Maverick Kieu and is easy to download and install.

- - Before Using this App - -
1. Enroll in 2-Step verification on the WIRE (verification by text message is recommended)
2. Set up an email account (to send feedbacks)
- - While Using this App - -
1. Make sure that you have Internet connection
2. DO NOT SELECT "Send push notification to device" as a verification method because it will not work (use other verification methods)
3. Give the app some time to load, especially when checking your paystub
- - How to Send a Feedback - -
1. Select "Feedback"
2. Under “Share”, select an email client (Gmail or Samsung Email for Samsung users) and
then select either "Just Once" or "Always"
3. Proceed to compose and send the email
