1 ★ SCAM..I fell victim to a this scam when purchasing tickets for my family through Rehlat. After initially charging my card, I received an email claiming a fare hike and demanding additional money. I refused to pay more and was informed that the booking was cancelled, with the promise of a refund. It's been over two months with no response, despite numerous attempts via phone calls, messages, and emails.
1 ★ Fruad APP , Booked tickets and the day of the flight they told me no seats available and till this day since almost 2 years am fighting to get my money back but they didn't give me anything back, and they decided to put it in the wallet of the app and if I want to use the money for hotel bookings they will show that some tax and hidden fees are dabble the price of the hotel booking so they just want to take more money and give me nothing Update 25-Nov-2023 Am keeping my review for these scams
1 ★ Very bad experience with this travel agency,in the beginning they put a lower price,and after the payment. The hotel said the rate from agency was wrong,and don't confirm the reservation. And I contact the travel agency 5 time,and the hotel send an email to agency. And no one from the agency answer the email. And this app doesn't even want to refund my reservation,and don't give me any book confirmation.
1 ★ Scam They cancel the ticket and not return the money back from 3 month trying to call just they answer we will answer after 24h and no answer no return more than 3 months. Already send emails and no answer an call too many times and no answer .!!!
1 ★ SCAM ALERT! Do not use! I booked a stay through the app. They charged the full amount right away. After checking the hotel in person I decided to cancel the reservation, two weeks before the deadline for full free cancellation. That was two months ago, still waiting for the refund. I have contacted them many times and they always find excuses not to do anything about it. Just book somewhere else.. these guys are crooks!
1 ★ Not cheap. These are cheapsters. I wish there was a zero rating option available so I could opt that. Been over 2 months since I requested for a refund and still not processed. Lots of emails sent to their customer service which is also ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. They have a long list of lame excuses to throw at their customers which they use time and again. A big waste of time and money.

1 ★ Not trustworthy. Not recommended No refund. I booked a flight 5 months ago then got cancelled i seeked a refund via e-mail and calls for more than 10 times. In every call, they told me to wait for 48 and 24 hours to fix it, nothing happended. In every email, no one replied. Don't make the same mistake
1 ★ Total scam they are, never buy any flight tickets from Rehlat as if you happen to cancel the flight for any reason they are never gonna refund you. It's been 3 months now. I booked a flight but had to cancel it due to the Rehlat apps glitch as its system didn't show the layover. Still, to date, I am waiting to get my refund back, but now they are not even replying to my email, on Facebook they always mention about financial department is working on it but they won't give you any date.
1 ★ This is a scam stealing mony I booked a reservation, and I chose flights. Then, after paying the money, the app sent me a ticket for another flight cheaper than the one I chose and paid for. When I contacted customer service, they said it would be fixed in 24 hours for the past 4 days. I have been contacting them and the same answer . And didn't take my passport number or ID number for the reservation it isnt professional, and I truly advise everyone to please don't use it( booking no 215670)
1 ★ it is a scam App. For airlines, they give you a cheaper price, once you fill all your details and proceed for payment you get this message: "It seems that the flight has been sold out. We tried getting you the last seat available, but it’s gone. Don’t worry; there are other flights available to reach your destination." You try to fill the details again with the same price, and you get the same message. It is a complete waste of time. I will uninstall it!!!!
1 ★ Very bad experience I made cancellation for one reservation and it should be free I received refunf less than 10% till now nothing rectified more than one month send emails and reminders but no response only promises to solve !!
1 ★ I booked my flight then they said you have to wait til we will confirm your booking during 30 minutes After 6 hours and before my flight by 4 hours they canceled my booking With no reason it was the first time and will be the last time to take me booking by this website, seriously I don't recommend 👎.
1 ★ THE MOST BAD BOOKING application I ever used. Highly not recommended. Not satisfied at all. Made the booking they deducted the money from my account and didn't confirmed the booking after 12 hours of negotiations and 2 hours prior the flight they confirmed the booking with a wrong date. I miss the flight and I had to go back to the hotel. I would not recommend anyone to use this app!
