The application was created by the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry of Cyprus. The purpose of the application is to keep up-to-date information on consumer rights issues in order to protect health, safety and financial interests.
The application provides the following features:
• Information on consumer rights,
• Useful information material such as newsletters, legislation and audiovisual material to help consumers get informed and then claim their rights.
• It is possible to immediately submit a complaint to the MCC,
