Better World Shopper 2.8.0.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

This has really helped me to decide where to buy from and which companies to boycott so I can make a difference to the world each time I shop. Superb!
