Antigua Carnival 1.18.0.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

4 ★ Very convenient. Room to expand with multiple cameras, and commentary, better audio if the Festivals Commission gave access to an audio feed from the stage, off their Mixer. To did a yeoman's job with limited resources.
5 ★ I just love this App. I was able to see all of the carnival festivites for the duration of the season. Pictures are crystal clear, and audio is superb. This is a GREAT APP. Job well done.

3 ★ Events need to synced with the correct times. Facebook page shows a different time from what is listed here. Also seems as though there is no audio when there is a live stream.
