1 ★ Very rarely loads, I have to go into settings, clear cache etc and then when it does often doesn't search what your actually looking for and comes up with random items, very monotonous to use, waste of time

1 ★ Pay for named day delivery and it gets delivered as and when the courier feels like it days after paid for delivery date. No help from Asda/George and no refund/compensation/appology. App is a web app so there is no point in installing it. Might as well browse in yoir web browser and bookmark the pages you want. Overall a useless app from a useless company who doesnt deliver even when paid to do so!

1 ★ Worked great and now stopped working. Keeps asking to accept cookies and then won't log me in and has deleted all my saved items.

5 ★ I love this app ordering is easy george clothing and home items are very good value. I have never had a problem with deliveries . Had one issue with a refund but it was sorted quickly after contacting customer service.

2 ★ Rubbish. Lost all my saved items when they combined the Asda and George accounts. Now lost the items in my basket as well. Can't even make a new saved list, it deletes whatever is saved when you make a new search or go on a new product.

1 ★ It doesn't work correctly. Doesn't load the page correctly, on the odd occasion it does, it takes too long! Navigation and speed desperately needs improvement.

1 ★ I keep putting the right email address in but keeps saying wrong email yet I can log into my account through Google

3 ★ Not an easy shopping experience, quite annoying bug. Apps okay, but once you select an item from a filtered list it wont let you go back to that list.

1 ★ App doesn't open. When attempting to open the app it causes your phone to freeze, then you gave to reset your phone. Just a lot of hassle. Uninstalled.

1 ★ Lost all saved items. Will not allow me to create a new save items list. Useless. Edit. Same email was uses for both. I should be having to chase an big company for them to fix their own mistakes.

1 ★ I shouldn't have to update chrome to use a seperate app! I use duckgo private search engine as chrome does nothing but track and trace everything you do and sells your data, I reinstalled George and its not working because I have an old chrome version which I don't use! Oh well

1 ★ Crash all the time or doesn't open at all!I order and have been charged but no order confirmation and customer service hang up on me!!!!

1 ★ Lost all saved items and cant seem to save items anymore..... I cant remember what I had planned on buying and see no point going through the website to find the items again. Well done, great sales technique 🙈

1 ★ Won't even open, so I can't even see what this app is like. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling. But nope, I click on the app and nothing happens. All my other apps see working fine.

1 ★ Didn't even get to use it as it tried to open chrome as soon as i clicked on it. Ridiculous! Especially because not everyone uses chrome!
