Flag Steward 1.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows applications to change network connectivity state.
Allows an application to write the user's calendar data.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.

5 ★ So I was looking for an app that would tell me why are flags at half staff. I found this app... the problem is the order or placement and shape... did I see a fellow give this a fail for no mute button?? Fact is. I wouldn't change much. What you all have put together is something that directs attention to what and who the flag flies for and how. You all should have the appropriate amount of pride that in THIS APP HONORS those who did fight for OUR FLAG and died. School pledge needs to come back!
5 ★ This is a awesome app. It's simple without any unnecessary frills and junk you don't need. It has helped me to make sure to lower the flag when needed to give the honors deserved by those who sacrificed themselves for us. It's exactly what I needed.
5 ★ Putting this rating prior to the download even finishing due to one of the photos. One of my former soldiers was listed on the fallen heroes page and it showed here. I appreciate the respect shown and will deal with any bugs this app may have because of that.

3 ★ very thorough, maybe too thorough catches all the governor orders as well as national ones but includes orders from mayors and others who have no authority to order flag lowerings. I do wish I could just put the state I need notifications from and then get those as push notifications immediately

4 ★ Love this app, I'm actively serving and perform revielle and retreat daily. Only 4 stars cause I always get the next days reminder at 2130 when I'm in bed.
1 ★ Spent time looking through this. Nice layout, but very fague on daily information. Not worth the download.
4 ★ While I do like this app and it is useful the notifications are awkward to find and can be annoying when they clutter up my phone
5 ★ Best flag app created! Up to date for all states plus daily notifications for all holidays, governor and presidential updates of flag notifications. Great job on this app.

5 ★ Flag Steward is my favorite app to go to when flying our flag. The dedication to our soldiers and the daily info on other history is respectful and informative.
