App permissions
Medical Record 1.1.24.09.11 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows access to the vibrator.

2 ★ A ideia do app é muito boa. Mas não eh muito funcional. Como sugestão acho que o diagnóstico poderia ser o título junto com a data para podermos procurar pela doença e não precisar abrir cada registro pra saber o que aconteceu na data exposta. Poder anexar fotos também seria um recurso interessante. O registro do e-mail achei bem legal pra conseguirmos recuperar depois caso de algum problema mas não consigo cadastrar, assim como a aba de feedback que não funciona.
