Description
The C4Yourself® mobile application allows users to:
- Perform basic account management functions such as create a new C4Yourself® account, login to an existing account and reset their password.
- Access their CalFresh, CalWORKs (California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids) and MediCAL benefits information such as application status, program status and monthly benefit allotments.
- Scan and upload documents using the phone camera to support processing of their application.
- Receive notifications of upcoming appointments or missing documentation.
- Read messages securely from case workers regarding their case.
- Register or deregister their user account with a case.
- Manage Profile information including email address for logging in.
- Sign up for Text and Email Notifications.
- View documents sent by case workers.
- Find an office near you.
- Get answers to questions about how to use the C4Yourself Mobile app.
- Get contact numbers for all the C-IV counties.

4 ★ Functional but not user friendly. You can share docs to your caseworker. No one else
1 ★ Not worth the trouble. I downloaded the app and it refuses to let me login. I even changed my password in app and it still will not let me log in.
1 ★ Broken app Giving one start when it used to be 4. Needed improvement. Now last update has it in a loop of checking for updates. I had tried all forms of trying to get the update including uninstall and reinstall. Did it twice to be sure. Wfi or cellular does not work. Last update deleted my shortcut and access to account. I can't view the messages coming in. When I click on message notification, it takes me to log in screen, and I log in, then says there is a new update, unable to proceed MotoZ⁴

Yeah, same here :" login/ username is incorrect".. - funny how it works on the direct website.. but not the app. Maybe yall shouldn't advertise this thing till login error is fixed. HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO USE IT IF WE CANT GET IN? like a firestation with no firetrucks.. useless..👎👎
4 ★ I like the app. You are able to see the stores that you have been to and check your balance nice
4 ★ I love the App. I really do. I have no problems using it at all. I just wish the App got updated at the same time programs change. Like the new food stamp program for SSI people. There isnt a tab for it yet to check case information. Like when you have to recertify and stuff. Also sometimes it says my medical is discontinued when it is indeed active or visa versa.. But it beats having to go to the office or call the 1800 # all the time.
1 ★ Useless app. It DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. You create the account, you link your case, you get the confirmation your case number was "successful linked", to then, when you try to upload documents – the whole purpose of using the app – say that "there's no case linked to this account". Glitchy and technical support is inexistent.
2 ★ Although it provides a minute amount of information, the architecture of this app is rudimentary, and the information offered through it is minimal. More can always be accomplished by having to waste your time to pick up the phone and call your county office, hoping you can actually reach the right person who can provide the answers you need, using up their time as well. It's such a shame when a properly constructed app could save everyone's time by serving this purpose.
2 ★ Pass word needing to be changed. Was annoying. However being able to link to county with out being physically there made it easier.
1 ★ *Due to Technical difficulties we can't log you in, try again later*-Well, I tried to uninstall to see if I could get the app to work but like everyone else I can no longer log in. I can't check my balance for EBT at all since it's a new card. Not online, or by phone. The app was the only way, so thank you for that. Please fix this.
3 ★ I really enjoyed this app for a little while. It hasn't let me log in for a couple weeks. It says cardholder account locked, or update password. I've tried everything. Please fix. I have no cell phone service to call and check balance or messages. Thank you
4 ★ 7-26-20 Ok, I had to uninstall and reinstall it, but it IS working now! Working just right! Love checking my balance! Earlier today I wrote: Last update broke it! 3-22-20 I was forced to update the app today. Now it keeps telling me that I have to update! I just did! Rebooted phone doesn't help. Will uninstall! I used to like checking my balance with this app!
5 ★ A much better, faster and easier way to get your forms and other paperwork to your worker than the mail. You can also check your balances instead of calling and entering all the numbers, etc. I usually dont use apps like this, but now at least this on is great.
5 ★ Very easy to access. Dont have to go through hassle of asking for this person or what not it's just easy done on phone I like it works well thanks+
1 ★ Constantly says "We are Experiencing Technical Difficulties, try again later" for MONTHS now whenever I try to access my NEW DOCUMENTS from the State. Online is no better either. I Login there and see a "NEW" label from November, but it doesn't have anything to click on to access the documents.
