1 ★ I normally don't write negative feedbacks, but this one really gets to me. I have placed an order 20 days ago and never got delivered, and when you call their unified number it's always busy, how on earth is a unified number busy. I also sent an email and no response. So it actually makes you wonder why all the trouble in having unified numbers, email & an App that none of them works and hence no sales generated. A compelet waste if their money in developing this and waste of my time too.
1 ★ Literally the worst app ever, I don't even know why it was created because it does not do anything. I ordered water on the 12/7/20 and to date it has not arrived with no explanation. There is no communication from the company as to when they will deliver and no contact details to call and follow up on the order. Don't ever waste your data downloading this app, it's non functional.
1 ★ I have received no water for the last 7 to 8 days. What is the use of the app if water is delivered after so long. Additionally, there is no button to CANCEL ORDER. Also if you call on 9200 number for help to find out about your order the call is charged to you. Customer Support should always be Toll Free or available Online...
1 ★ Very poor customer service .. no response to any complain . Delivery time may take up to three weeks or even more ... If company cannot handle the orders or to give anestimateion of the delivery date then why do they accept orders ? and give promises that maximum delivery time is seven days . Also, No tracking or reference numbers to customer complains and the complains are simply closed without any actions.
1 ★ It has intrusive step counter which did not ask for. Tried to register but the code was not received. Uninstalling from phone.
1 ★ The option to select the location from the map is not working. No improvements actions was made even the review scouring was 1.7 out of 5 by 390 reviewers which is poor - customers are not happy! . Wandering, when this business would move to improve their services showing the minimum level of respect to customers.
1 ★ The app is unbelievably non-user friendly, running a meter in the background at all times. Delivery is horrible with them, it took over 3 weeks for them to finally ship my order at which point I already switched to another company.
1 ★ I ordered water on 19-7-2020 and to this date 12-8-2020 I didn't receive my order or even got contacted!! The main function is not working at all, let alone the annoying pedometer that consumes your battery and you can't turn it off!!
1 ★ Poor app, doesn't save your address , therefore you cannot proceed with your order. Additionally it runs a pedometer in the background, which is unnecessary. I just want to order water Please fix this , I love Nova water and would like to remain a loyal customer
1 ★ I ordered through this application since 02-08-2020 Today is 16-08-2020 and the water still didn't come!!🥱 I called many times to follow up and evrytime they said the same thing: we raised a complaint and hopefully someone will call you today Unfortunately no one calls 😤😡
1 ★ I ordered bottles for home delivery on 24 April 2020. At the time of order the app showed delivery within 2-4 days. As of today i have not received my order. Order is showing in progress but actually no progress from one week.
1 ★ Extremely poor service is being offered for online orders. 9 - days past but no one bothered to contact even. And this is not the story of some very remote area where delivery may take looong time. Its in Jeddah. Disappointed.
1 ★ I think you need to check registration form because I tried to register from my phone. It did not allow me because the city drop-down list is not functioning. Also, it does not allow me to write my own city.
1 ★ Very bad service, not replying to calls and just receiving the order without any specific date to deliver and without commitment as well. I do advise everyone to not deal with such cheating company and poor application.
1 ★ Useless application, because they're not checking your orders, so you'll not be able to get anything even when you follow-up with deferent facilities.. I already completed 3 weeks now with nothing.. 👎
