About the creator: Alecia's busy lifestyle as a teacher, business owner at Shivaya Therapies, mother-of-three, along with her experience with yoga, meditation, mindfulness and hypnotherapy saw the need for her to design an app for busy women who need to unwind, restore balance and be able to cope better with life's daily demands.
Alecia is a strong advocate for women's health and has appeared in magazine's such as Practical Parenting magazine, in local and national newspapers including The Courier Mail, and also on television.
