Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an application to read or write the system settings.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

2 ★ I already clicked allow on the pop ups, but now when I try to open this app it keeps showing a blank white screen. If this continues tomorrow then I'll uninstall it.
3 ★ It needs moore infomation and to be accessible on moving documents ect. It needs improvement to become a force or source of Universal education. Under the circumstances its good fore a social network fore begings a navigator.
