Description
The app allows you to report concerns, pinpoints the issue location, and allows you to attach photos directly from your mobile device. Your concerns are then immediately transmitted to city hall staff.
Citizens can link directly to the city’s social media accounts, view information from the city’s website, and place a call to the appropriate city officials directly from the app.
BolivarTN links residents with the services and information they need to enjoy their community and stay connected with local government.
App permissions
BolivarTN 1.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to write the user's contacts data.
Allows applications to change network connectivity state.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
