1 ★ Terrible UX. Janky hierarchy. You cant find what you need unless you look online. The simple options like cancelling a consultation that I didn't ask for is too complicated. I need to dig in to get that option. The navigation is all over the place and there are no prompts or buttons that actually work Every basic functionality is through the app and the app does not work. Even the customer support is unable to guide me through the app There is an information overload with no segmentation here
1 ★ User experience is becoming worse day by day.. there was lag in app performance before when clicking on any tiles. Now it's becoming worsened, tabs aren't responding, location details don't show up, and mostly the important it auto changes the location even if selecting a particular one after ordering the medicines. App dev team pls work on these items and look out for the gaps.
5 ★ Good service, prompt delivery without any delay, and most importantly, the quickest in India. Quick, responsive Customer Service. Everything is always resolved, without any hassels, and once again, quickly. But discounting is not the best, as local shops nowadays mostly offer 20%–25% with free home delivery. Packing needs to be improved a bit, and Printing of Invoice should be more clear.
1 ★ Please make the following changes. - Allow application of more than one voucher code at a time. A voucher code is bought by paying money to another vendor. It's not got for free. All other apps offer the ability to apply multiple voucher codes. - After the application of voucher code if there is leftover balance, then add it to a wallet as credits. Again same reason as above. The artificial limitations you have are stupid. Will just move to Pharmeasy or something that doesn't limit this.
1 ★ Don't ever order on this app. First of all they don't deliver on time, and secondly there is no way to connect to customer service. And you can't even cancel the order, we have to refuse delivery and only then ot gets canceled. What if the delivery guy doesn't return the stuff. Also, there is no contact number of the delivery guy to at least confirm if the order will be delivered.
1 ★ Beware about the delivery date mentioned. 2 hour delivery is just a hoax. Out of the 9 items I had ordered only 1 was delivered instantly. The rest was to be delivered the same day as per the message on the screen. However once the payment was complete some items changed to 3 days later and some 14 days later. So expect to receive the items in a week or two.
5 ★ I am using this application for more than 3months and it never disappointed me. While ordering it is showing it will be delivered next day but it is delivered after 30mins of order time which is teally wonderful for customers. My location is outer but still I am getting orders delivered in 30mins which is appreciative. Only thing is if they are providing any discount like other mdecial shops it will be on top of all applications. Overall having good experience with this application.
1 ★ Terrible experience. Advertised everywhere they deliver in 3 hours blah blah. They couldn't deliver even in the promised 6 hours and they postponed the delivery again. If they had notified me in advance I would've brought them elsewhere. I relied on this just because i trusted the advertisements. Never using this platform again.
2 ★ Booking doctor consultation or Apollo hospital appointment using this app is a complete waste. Online consultation doctors never actually appear (tried twice), and the physical appointment is not really linked with the hospital - which would result in you booking the appointment on the app but discovering on reaching the hospital that booking intimation never reached them. Unnecessary harassment of users. Also, the app launch page takes forever to load.
1 ★ Worst app ever. First of all apollo app takes orders very well and hands the order over to third parties (read shadowfax) which was can't handle by apollo. Secondly, those orders are prepaid, they do not deliver to the customer and handed them to third party (read shadowfax) and cancel the order without any reason by showing delivery attempted on the app... Thirdly if there is any complaint about the delivery you can't inform them... Most rubbish customer care...
2 ★ Not good for default address If we set location off then app created a default address of our name and order will created, so I am trouble. Need to fix bugs, either selected use added profile addess as default or app can force to select first address instead of location like zomato, swiggy etc
1 ★ For the past 6 months, im unable to use the app to book any test as that page never loads. I tried multiple times and have to find other service providers. App asks for location and then shows nothing beyond it. The pathetic update just ruined the app
1 ★ I have used this appollo app for home delivery of medicines a few times. Every time the product delivered doesn't match, or would have expired, or would have already evaporated. Do not use this, as it creates so much of issues. Does not help but creates problem to us.
5 ★ It is excellent, hassle free and prompt. In some cases the app doesn't prompt to payment gateway easily, that needs to be improved. Refund, if any, to be made earlier. Refund should be made in 24 hours. Some phone calls from apollo stores disturbs with unnecessary requisition. While preparing invoices Dr Name and Patient Name found mismatch in every cases. If the option in the App be properly given to select Patient and Dr name by the customer, could have been better.
1 ★ Don't order from this app never,I ordered and the order was delayed so I have to cancel the order and even after 1 week my refund is pending,I contact them several times by chat and call worst response,they are not showing in the app that order is cancelled still from 1 week showing out for delivery, return pending they wrote several times in reply to me, couldn't understand as it is a within city delivery,they didn't want to refund the money,I will go for consumer forum as seems,worst app ever.
