Description
Using the ANACITY IN app, you can effortlessly perform the below actions:
• Book a facility such as a tennis court, gym, clubhouse, party hall, etc.
• Track vehicles entering the gated community.
• Issue Gate Pass to your domestic help.
• Book or order from local services.
• Access Apartment Owners Discussion Forums and participate in discussions. This greatly helps reduce e-mail clutter.
• Access Apartment Interest Groups to share interesting events, celebrations, stories, news, images with your neighbors.
• Approve/Pre-approve visitors or guests at the apartment gate.
• Inform expected visitors to the security.
• Lock and unlock your vehicles from the app for additional security.
• Raise Maintenance Complaints to the Staff along with pictures of the issue.
• Scan the QR code assigned to each facility and raise complaints if the said
facility is malfunctioning. This feature is unique to ANACITY.
• View and pay dues.
• Access Apartment Member Directory.
• Track and Update Action Items of the Society Managing Committee.
• Access Apartment Maintenance Staff details.
• Switch between apartments for those who are part of multiple complexes.
• Add new members to the application. Through the ANACITY application, residents of a community can receive automated alerts and notifications such as,
• Alerts for School Bus pick up/drop of your child
• Alerts for Guests/visitors to the flats
• Alerts for domestic staff attendance
• Alerts for important notices and meeting reminders
• Automated reminders to pay maintenance dues. The above are only a handful of alerts and the application is designed to send many more such vital alerts.
• The app also can be used by the maintenance staff to manage entire helpdesk operations.
• Staff can log new complaints, and update/close existing complaints.
• Take pictures of an issue before resolving and after resolving it and attach them to the complaints.
• Record Readings of Utilities (such as Water Meters, Reticulated Gas, Energy
Meters) digitally.
• View Action Items assigned to them. Using ANACITY, society admins can:

1 ★ The UI designer has not factored basics. At top there is down arrow gesture, where you keep clicking/swiping. Does nothing. Order section has Cancel, Exit..which means go back, but it goes in loop that it will cancel your order. One has to use mobile back but to exit that section. App always shows icon if 2 notifications..but it does not show in App white is 2 notification. You have to check everywhere but it still does not go/ reset to zero. UI design is clean but it does not follow basics.
1 ★ This app is highly frustrating. No proper checkin chekout of Visitors, maids or delivery persons. Somebody visited the society and is still in, the app will show a notification that the person has left the society. Promotional Ads to bhar bhar ke aate hai. Sometimes it doesn't loads properly and when it does it takes time. There is no direct functionality to pay Maintenance or Electricity charges. 😐😐😐😐😐😐😐
2 ★ 1. Get calls even when I approve visitor and that call is not at all user friendly, it takes so much time before I can approve 2. The new visitor tracker ( pull down) is absurd and so small I can't see anything. 3. Interface is now more cluttered than before
1 ★ i usually don't write any reviews but had enough of apna complex app. the app is pretty functional but the Ui ux makes me wanna kill myself. Ux guys if you're reading this : why are you making things unnecessary complicated? not cool at all. edit - came back after 6 months to say it again. it still sucks
1 ★ No response to the email and customer support number also not responding properly. Saying I will get a call back. But I didn't get a call back from your team.
1 ★ Severely fed-up of the application. First the app kept adding someone else's name on my profile. And if you deny permission to show over other apps this app stops responding completely. Does not even open! If an app meant for managing apartment complex doesn't even allow user to view notifications, then what is the point of using that app?
1 ★ Getting ads notifications from the apna complex app even though I have enabled notifications only for gate related notifications. Please fix it. The apps that are not respecting notification preferences are always a one star app in my book.
1 ★ Requires latest version of Android so does not work on older phones, even though all other more important apps work on those versions. Also full of bugs. Often hangs.
1 ★ This is a pathetic aap and further worsened by the latest updates. Does not load most of the times and the interface, UI and user experience is as if it is an aap developed before 2005. I wish we had the option to switch to a different better aap.
3 ★ Use this App as my housing complex uses it for Visitor Mgmt among other things. At times the offline IVR based call for visitor approval doesn't get triggered so one has to stay connected to internet thru Wi-Fi or 4G network to get in-App notification for such approvals. Of late App has been showing too many notifications for ads etc. Hope the App developers provide reliable features. Their Tech Support is very cooperative though.
1 ★ The application is full of bugs, that's the only point i would like to add. My profile was created as tenant and due to a bug it got changed to Family of owner. And because if that bug i was also able to change my profile to owner.
1 ★ Their alerts spam all phones in a household even though one of the two/three devices has already provided approval, rain or shine. Apps is geared towards peddling more of their ads than actual functionality. The complaints section doesn't make it obvious your complaints can be seen by the entire world unless you specifically mark it as private. Fire your product team, start from user perspectives.
1 ★ Ealrlier version also had issues but it was ok to survive, but with there this new layout app is not at all user friendly. Icons are not intuitive. Need major changes on UI side, lole My Gate app
5 ★ Comprehensive useful services of any gated community at one place. But Need to be attended some bugs for allowing permission to services like swiggy.
4 ★ Good app had some problems in navigating...and also at times delayed payments..as couldnt make payments on net banking to SBI.
