P2P IPCamera 3.5 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to install packages.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows mounting and unmounting file systems for removable storage.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Required to be able to access the camera device.

1 ★ I can hear audio, but not video. Video appears fine on the PC however, just not on the phone using this app.
4 ★ Worked immediately. Can view my cam inside and outside of my home network. Add a built in ftp server so I could record to a cloud service and this would truly be the shizz.
