Key Features of the Red Top Taxi app include:
• Book a reservation in as few as 3 clicks
• Get a fare estimate by entering both pickup and destination addresses
• Receive a confirmation number for your reservation immediately on booking
• Receive notifications including vehicle number once your reservation has been dispatched
• Monitor the progress of your vehicle on a map
• Create a list of favorite addresses and assign a custom name for each
• Specify the number of passengers, vehicle type and preferred payment method
• Review all reservations you have made over the past 30 days
• Provide feedback related to the application and/or service you received
• Call Red Top Taxi with the push of a button
To begin using the Red Top Taxi app today:
• Download the free app
• Create an account (Email, Name, Phone # and Password)
• Validate your account (via the confirmation email you receive)
• Login to the app (Email & Password)
• Enter your pickup address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.
The Red Top Taxi app retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30 days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favorite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.
You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

4 ★ I can definitely appreciate having an app to order a taxi. The car # red screen is also nice on pickup so no one takes your taxi. My only real complaint is the amount of notifications I get for the process. I counted 8... that's ridiculous. Order confirmed, cab tracker, cab arrival and receipt is MORE than enough.
1 ★ i use red top taxi regularly and I usually book via the app with my master card. but this app has stopped working correctly. it won't let me book a taxi, saying "you must select a charge type before booking a ride". even though my Mastercard is entered. and I've tried deleting the card and trying to enter it again, still doesnt work. I used to be able to book a ride without a card at all and would simply pay in the car, but it wont let me do that either. FIX THIS APP PLEASE RED TOP!
1 ★ If I could give it less, I would. Drive arrives at the destination. He told me he didn't have any change. If I wasn't already late for work, I would have fought him more. What a joke, don't use them they are thevies.
1 ★ Used to be great. Now useless. I used to have my card on file so I didn't have to worry about carrying cash or paying a fee to use the machine in the car. Since the update I cant add my card. The app crashes when I try. So I have switched to uber. A shame since we prefer to support cab drivers. But the app lost our business
5 ★ Much better then previous app. So far everything works as it should. Ditch the ads though. Today's world if we're subjected to ads the service should be free. If we want no ads we pay. I paid. The annoyance to customers isn't worth that 1c either.
1 ★ The app doesn't open, it crashes every time I try. What is the point of pushing the app and discount if you can't use the app.
1 ★ This app used to work great. Now it crashes on launch every single time. Uninstall, reinstall, no help.
1 ★ Used to be really reliable. Past couple of times iv used it iv had drivers leave before i could get to the car or just never show up.
5 ★ Super easy to use, the only cabs I take. I feel safe using it and the map shows where the driver is so I know how much time I have 🙂
2 ★ The app used to be a convenient way to book and pay for a taxi. I used it often. But it hasn't worked reliably in a very long time.
5 ★ Giving it a 5 Star since my last 1 star review when the app didn't work at all. Great work on getting it functioning properly.
1 ★ Used to use it all the time, no longer can, as it crashes everytime I try to open it.
1 ★ Do NOT get this app. If u summon a cab and someone else grabs it before u get in, u STILL END UP PAYING, even if u call the office directly! I was told, "sorry, I have no control over the app."
1 ★ At least once every two weeks freeze. Doesn't work well at all. When it does it's great service.
1 ★ Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall cuz the app will refuse to open after using it to book a cab or two
