To begin using the Yellow London Taxi application today:
• Download the free app
• Enter your phone number
• Validate your account (via the notification code you receive)
• Login to the app (Set your name and Email for receipts)
• Enter your pickup address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.
The Yellow London Taxi application retains a history of your previous reservations for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favourite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.

1 ★ The app is terrible. Company is good though. I cannot sign in. I used Facebook to sign in and when I click the button to sign in via Facebook the screen flashes and does nothing. If u try making a new account with another email it tells my phone number is used with another account. And when I sign in with the email it tells me the email was used with Facebook and need to sign in via Facebook
2 ★ The way registration works is annoying and renders the app useless. My phone number is tied to a facebook account that no longer exists, so when I tried to create a new account the app wouln't let me use my phone number... really? How am I supposed to use the app if I can not register... actually, the fact that I need an account for this app is rather shady.
1 ★ not bad when it works. but having to uninstall and reinstall every other day due to the app not starting up properly. fix that a d I'll work fine. app still wont open, have to uninstall and reinstall . fix this app. wont let me even sign in now. fixfixfixfix.
2 ★ It's a good app when it works.. it signed me out and now it won't let me sign back in. I've downloaded the app again too.. been trying for a week now to sign back in but still won't let me.. I hope it gets fixed soon.
1 ★ Unfortunately their app no longer shows correct wait times (it just says "waiting" and it lags, so there's no way to track the driver
1 ★ This app is terrible. It keeps crashing and won't load. Can't even register because simple trying to get into the app is impossible. Dev team, please fix. There is a great idea here, just needs a little QA and fix.
