• Monitor the progress of your vehicle on a map
• Create a list of favourite addresses and assign a custom name for each
• Review all reservations you have made over the past 30 days
• Provide feedback related to the application and/or service you received
• Call St. Louis Taxi with the push of a button
To begin using the St. Louis Taxi app today:
• Download the free app
• Enter your phone number
• Validate your account (via the notification code you receive)
• Login to the app (Set your name and Email for receipts)
• Enter your pickup address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.
The St. Louis Taxi app retains a history of your previous reservations for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favourite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed up the booking process.

1 ★ The app wants access to photos on my phone and other phone access. I deny permission and the app shuts down. I don't care for or want apps like that.

1 ★ I seriously would call an uber of this sorry excuse for a "company". Scheduled a cab for a 5am pickup the night before. After calling and being on hold I hear "itl be there in 15 mins" 35 MINS AFTER THAT STILL NOTHING. Seriously this company will be outta business in under 5 years and they deserve. Another ruined day thanks useless cab "service". Walking is a better more realistic option
1 ★ Used app to order a taxi at 130pm, had to be at work by 4pm.. @430pm the cab company calls me and asked if I still needed a cab... ??? Been with Uber ever since, not a single complaint, in fact the longest time I have to wait has been 12 min
5 ★ find it funny that I'm seeing all these comments and bad reviews when the app works perfectly fine for myself and everyone else I work with that uses it.. probably just some butthurt ass uber drivers trying to takeover a local company. it's sad as f***. the price in comparison to uber is almost exactly identical and my app works great like I said. my coworkers nor myself have never had a problem. the one time I tried uber, they charged me an extra 35 dollars and took 8 days to refund it back.
