• Download the free app
• Create an account (Email, Name, Phone #)
• Validate your account (via the confirmation email you receive)
• Login to the app
• Enter your pickup address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location. Our goal is to provide you the timeliest service possible. This is our number one priority.

2 ★ The "Calculating..." thing never seems to load, which crashes the app when I either try to book a cab for now or later.
1 ★ Crashes immediately. Brand new install on a brand new Samsung Galaxy 7
3 ★ The recent upgrade is terrible. Every ride is estimated at $1.75 for your trip. The map defaults on the destination instead of where your cab is and the cab number and green screen pops up every two seconds while you are trying to see where your cab is at by navigating the map. Remove that green screen, fix the estimated ride, and show the cab instead of the destination. Overall I support local business and I am a frequent customer. Your app is not emailing receipts like it used to. Please fix that.

1 ★ Something is wrong with the map in this app. I can put the pin right on my house, but it shows the address for the next street over. Can't use the app if it sends taxis to the wrong place.
3 ★ They never have the notes fix so the driver can see what i put down. The drivers are all rude and they love to complain.
1 ★ If there is bad weather coming in the next 24 hours they cancel the use of this app, BUT they don't tell you. So your sitting there waiting for a cab that will never come. Uber anyone!
1 ★ They start out great, but if you use a credit card the cabbies will make up excuses of why they can't take them, my card for some reason doesn't go through right away so I get bitched at by the driver the whole way to my destination. They tell me they don't wanna pick me up but do anyway. I've been waiting over an hour now and called them twice. Stop crying about CC when your company takes them. Find a new job. Idk I'm not a cab driver. Good thing there's Uber or Lyft....

5 ★ There was an issue after the recent android update but once I emailed them about it they fixed it within 24 hours! So handy!
5 ★ My last review of this app talked about a problem where I couldn't save all addresses properly (it would change the city on one of them). This update fixed that, hooray!
2 ★ Tried to book reservation during a snow emergency. Had no other means to get home as buses were no existent. Loaded up and recieved a message " we are not taking reservations on app, please book reservation by phone". Really? What good is an app if you can't use it when you need it the most. Tried calling in cor 45 min and busy tone constantly.
1 ★ I requested a cab to come pick me up in central sq, Cambridge. I could follow the cab on the app where he is and very obvious the driver completely ignored his assignment. He was getting close to my street but then decided to turn around and drive to Harvard sq instead. I canceled my order. Confirm#10113703. The app is useless if the drivers don't respect it and ignore their duties.
1 ★ I'm unable to sign in with an older account, and this is after requesting a password reset, twice. And then, I download this app, on my new phone and created a new account and it keeps giving me an error message when I attempt to establish it. Mind you, my issue is not with the service of the cab company, as I have been patronizing and utilizing this service since 1990-- I've never, ever had to issue a complaint. I'm happy to readjust my review if it can be rectified.
