Key Features of the Yellow Cab Co. application include:
• Book a reservation in as few as 3 clicks
• Get a fare estimate by entering both pickup and destination addresses
• Receive a confirmation number for your reservation immediately on booking
• Receive notifications including vehicle number once your reservation has been dispatched
• Monitor the progress of your vehicle on a map
• Create a list of favorite addresses and assign a custom name for each
• Select an address from your list of telephone contacts
• Specify the number of passengers, vehicle type and preferred payment method
• Review all reservations you have made over the past 30 days
• Provide feedback related to the application and/or service you received

To begin using the Yellow Cab Co. application today:
• Download the free app
• Create an account (Email, Name, Phone # and Password)
• Validate your account (via the confirmation email you receive)
• Login to the app (Email & Password)
• Enter your pickup address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.
The Yellow Cab Co. application retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30 days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favorite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.
You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

1 ★ This cab company is horrible, been trying to get a cab all damn day, worst experience of carpooling ever, cakes 5 times and said wait 5-10 mins

1 ★ Let's you put in what time you need picked up, but the company will completely ignore it, sending cabs hours late instead. If you call in to ask about the cab they scream at you and hang up. Definitely reccomend Uber instead, don't waste your money on this company that doesn't care about you or your business.
1 ★ Twice today it sent driver to wrong address. Junk!! I have to call to get my cab. Information is not getting to driver.
5 ★ Great app if you use cabs a lot

2 ★ It works for hailing the cab. Unless the cab takes too long to get to you. Then it automatically cancels the call and freezes the app. Or when I try to cancel the trip it says that I can't cancel it I have to call in to cancel it. Then the whole app freezes so I have to go uninstall it and reinstall it again. Not worth the hassle just to order ONE trip!
3 ★ The bugs from earlier this year seem to be fixed (don't have the issues with the app freezing that were so prevalent earlier in the year) So as far as the app I'm pretty pleased. However I've started using the scheduling lately and have yet to get to work on time. I could understand a 5 or even 10 minute wait, but one would think that there aren't many people booking cabs that don't have a need to be somewhere at a specific time. And I don't feel like for as much as I pay I should have to go to work early
2 ★ So I used this app on three nights in a row Fri, Sat and Sun. I scheduled my pick up through the app 12 hours in advance all three days. I was ecstatic about it on Fri and Sat I.e. on time down to the minute (aside from one of those nights the driver went past my drop off street, yet had a GPS telling him step by step directions...then proceeded to charge me for his mistake). However on Sun night when you'd expect to receive the best service, because most people are in bed at 10:30pm, I waited 30 min
1 ★ Why do I need to download an app and create a profile with my email address, just so I can get a taxi?! How about you answer your phones instead? Just trying to leech more money out of your customers by selling our email addresses and filling our phones with spam instead of giving someone a job answering the phone. I'll never use this cab service again. FREEDOM TAXI HERE I COME!
4 ★ This could have fewer bugs in it but.....love it!! I get a taxi in half the time it takes to call..sit on hold..and hope they even dispatched a cab for you!!!
