1 ★ Pick up location is not always correct and alot of the time cant find a driver ir its over an hour wait if your lucky

1 ★ I would rate lower than 1 star if possible. Horrible drivers. Show up early then cancel your ride on you. But stop to tell you you aren't getting a ride. They drive so recklessly you feel like you may die before you get where you're going. Don't bother with these clowns, Uride is way better.

1 ★ Unless your traveling within Belleville don't bother. They tack on additional charges without disclosing the information at the time of booking. I have deleted the app and will not use this company again. Instead of addressing my complaint about the mystery charges all they did was apologize and advise there was nothing they could do.
