Description
Once a taxi has been assigned, you will receive an instant notification letting you know the roof light number of the cab that will arrive shortly for you. You will also be able to view the location of your assigned taxi on the map (in near real time) as it moves towards your location.
The Casino Taxi App stores a history of your previous taxi requests (up to 30 days) allowing you the convenience of quickly rebooking the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favorite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.

To begin using the Casino Taxi App for the first time simply:
• Download the free app
• Create your account (Email, Name, Phone #)
• Validate your account (via text message confirmation code )
To book a trip:
• Login to the app
• Enter your pick-up address
• Enter your destination address
• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)

4 ★ The app is good. There are a couple things that could be better. When you pre book the driver does not know and they show up 10-15 minutes early and some will leave. And if they don't, I find they are annoyed they had to wait so long. The app will say that it will be 10 minutes for a taxi and then I press book and it changes to 1 minute. So now I have 60 second to be ready instead of the 10 I thought I had. Sometimes my location is alittle off, but over all it works good And is easy to use.
3 ★ The app is well designed and is user friendly. However, noticing a charge for waiting, when there was none, and for tip, which I didn't pay, makes me hesitant to use it again. There seems to be no transparency on what the final fare is and you will get some extra charges after you left the taxi.
1 ★ Why do you want my photos? When you use the app for the first time, it requests access to your location, phone calls, and photos. Reading some of the reviews on here, they seem too suggest they want access to your photos for "debugging" and "future credit card" transactions. I've got lots of apps on my phone. Most don't have access to my photos. Makes no sense to give access to a taxi company. Uninstalled!
2 ★ I very much dislike how the new app handles submitting a request for a taxi. I find it trying at the best of times where it demands you know the exact street address of where you are going or you cannot order a cab. I also dislike that the app takes over my phone if I ever try to contact dispatch. The app used prior to this one was MUCH more user friendly and consistant.
2 ★ The app itself crashes all the time and it constantly runs in the background and drains so much battery I find myself uninstalling it and then reinstalling it when I need it. I've it on 3 different devices now and it's had the same issue in each one. The when it works it's great, but getting it to work can be a headache.
1 ★ The app said my trip would be about $8.60 but my account was charged $13.47. Either the driver tacked on excessive extra fees or the app is miscalculating the estimated trip costs. This isn't the first time this has happened when I've used the Casino Taxi app but it's the biggest increase, almost 60%. According to the app, the driver was less than a minute from my pickup when I requested, he didn't cross the bridge, I was waiting for him when he arrived, and traffic to my dropoff was not heavy
5 ★ Great new app UI. Feels very similar to ordering an Uber and I love that it also gives a cost estimate. The one thing is I wish you could see where the cab is located after it says it has arrived. Sometimes the driver will show up to the wrong door/neighbouring bldg despite notes so seeing where the cab is allows me to walk to where he is waiting for me.
1 ★ Edit: while I appreciate the response, it made two preauth of $25 and only one was returned. I understand the $11 was charged and if only one preauth came out there would be no issue. But I paid for the ride and still have $25 missing 3 business days later. I was told there must have been an error the first time I tried to order. To call the bank but they said they can't do anything. I still recommend no one pay through the app as I've had multiple issues with it.
3 ★ Couple of issues with this latest update. After scheduling an "upcoming ride" (booking in advance), I can't find where that booking can be modified, if need be. The other issue is once your driver has arrived, so the app says, you can't see on the map the driver's location in the event they have gone to the wrong entrance or building...again.
1 ★ Always crashes on startup, previous version could never find my location nor allow me to search for an address. It would just constantly be searching. Update: as of 12 October the app is still non-functional on Android UPDATE: leaving as one star. Won't validate any credit cards for pre-pay and won't allow me to even book a ride to pay in the car as apparently I still have a ride ongoing from nearly two months ago
4 ★ Good app. Though, you need to be sure that your pickup location is correct. Sometimes it fills on an incorrect address. Note crashes on install & setup of account, mentioned in other recent reviews, seem to be fixed by re-installing & allowing the App to access both phone location & files.
1 ★ This app is a hot pile of garbage. It keeps crashing any time you open it after installation, so you can't even use it. It also asks for access to your device data, but gives no reason for doing so...super sketchy. Casino Taxi should get their money back from the developer because this app DOES NOT WORK.
1 ★ No options for chatting with the drive unless for a call. Prices being given on average than you used and it's charged way more after finishing the ride. Holdings into your credit card that takes 2 days to be returned and high amounts. Last time they hold $52.48 instead of the usual $25. The app treat you like you're not a customer but someone always riding for the first time. The gps setting for address is an absolute pain.
1 ★ Installed, crashed repeatedly, uninstalled. Most of the 1-stars are less than a year old. Casino last addressed a review in Sep 2018 with a new sw release. Not crazy about why it wants to access files...does really just need to use storage space? Not addressed by Casino... no thanks, I'll just call...
1 ★ app crashes daily the location feature is off by 500m normaly or will just go to the nearest hotel, the incab experince is less then acceptable,(hit or miss) 5 times this year ive sern a driver almost hit pedrestrens New app updates blackscreen and sign you out automatically cant use message function and then deal with fandom cab's in ur area. would give 0/5if possible problems been here for 1year+ and the apps only getting to be more garbage
