1 ★ Absolutely brutal service and will definitely never use the service again unfortunately. The driver was rude and the car was in bad shape. I will definitely not send in my concerns to an email address that nobody will reply as I've done that already and I've been waiting since Oct 24th

4 ★ Great app but if my driver takes some else there's no way to contact the driver directly and on my end counts the ride as complete... Do not set up your card, pay in car only.

1 ★ Tried using the app and it couldn't find my house to get a pick up so tried ordering one from my mates and it couldn't find my destination which was Durham Station, app is a waste of time 👍

5 ★ This is really great and trouble free.You don't have to be overheard booking and giving out aloud personal information. Prompt too.
