Download the latest Co-op Taxi application, version 7.14.0, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Maps & Navigation app is developed by CO-OPTAXI and is easy to download and install.

Description
Key Features of the CO-OP Taxi application include:
• Book a reservation in as few as 3 clicks
• Get a fare estimate by entering both pick-up and destination addresses
• Receive a confirmation number for your reservation immediately on booking
• Receive notifications including vehicle number once your reservation has been dispatched
• Monitor the progress of your vehicle on a map
• Create a list of favourite addresses and assign a custom name for each
• Specify the number of passengers, vehicle type and preferred payment method
• Review all reservations you have made over the past 30 days
• Provide feedback related to the application and/or service you received
• Call CO-OP TAXI with the push of a button
To begin using the CO-OP Taxi application today:
• Download the free app
• Create an account (Email, Name, Phone #)
• Validate your account (via the confirmation SMS you receive)
• Login to the app
• Enter your pick-up address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pick-up location.
The CO-OP Taxi application retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30
days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favourite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.
You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

4 ★ Works okay. I did a pre-book and everything worked well. GPay integration is a plus. Knocked a star off for the lack of a option to add a tip after trip is complete.
1 ★ The address line does not allow for entering a unit number; until it does, I will use a different service rather than waiting for the driver's call to ask where I am in the complex. The app faq says to leave feedback via the About page but the two options there (comment about the app and comment about the ride experience) do nothing.
1 ★ This is the worst app I have ever used. I booked my cab with enough time to get to work early. The app then for 15 minutes told me that it was 1 minutes away. I the. Get into the cab that I pre-booked with entered destination. The driver digs for a pen and paper to get the address from me and then another 3 minutes to enter into his gps.
1 ★ App is like the new website. Broken!!!! The website won't let me book a cab. It asks for my login, then asks where I want to go, then asks for my login, then where i want to go! And repeat!! I did this for ten minutes before downloading the app, which then refused to open after i logged in the first time. It kept closing itself or it was just a black screen. I used to use co-op all the time but this is getting ridiculous
5 ★ I love the co-op app! They're cheaper than Uber and I can prebook without it tripling the cost. They are always on time and have excellent service.
1 ★ Authorized the app to take $10.80, the app made a series of $20.00 charges. The app never ever charged me $10.80. It only charged me the series of $20.00. They sent me a receipt for the $10.80, I have not received my $20.00 charges back. It says these were hold and that it's up to my bank to return my money. The driver also took my Samsung note 10+ as collateral for booking the cab online and was waiting to see if he would get paid even though he didn't take me to the correct address.
2 ★ app is good except they bill $20 per trip even if fare is less.They reimburse eventually but I know how much the trip costs when booking so that's amount i should be billed.There isn't options to add additional stops or continue past the fare,so It really makes no sense.Also I selected pay in car option when I'd ordered a taxi for a friend,he was going from oliver square to fort Saskatchewan.$57 trip,sadly both were charged and I'm still waiting for coop to make it right. Still waitn for reply
1 ★ I can't open the app on my Android. It just crashes right away. It worked fine when I had an iPhone. I have sent feedback several times. I'm sure many people have. I guess they don't care that they're losing customers. I used to use them exclusively. Not anymore.
1 ★ Not only is this just a bad app in general, it doesnt work half the time. Which is exactly what I want when I need a cab. Must be awful if you need one cause you're drunk. Major areas dont show up. You book for your location and the cab shows up 4 blocks away. GARBAGE.
1 ★ Worked great until I tried changing my number, now it wont let me login to my account without a verification code for my new number, but whenever I attempt to get my verification code nothing seems to send, it's honestly so annoying when I'm sure it's a simple bug the app developers could fix but they would rather be lazy.
2 ★ My experience with the app has not been very good because most of my trips have not shown the driver arriving to pick me up or drop me off. The one day it froze the cab at an intersection and then it arrived to pick me up with the app saying it was still at the intersection.
1 ★ Absolute garbage. What the hell is the point of being able to pre-book... When all it does is automatically submit your request 10 mins beforehand?! I NEED someone here to pick me up at this time, to be there at this time. So I booked at 7am to be picked up at 1pm... But nope. 1:20...still no assigned cab. Called and assured it was priority. 40 minutes still nothing. Canceled. No appointment for me today I guess. 0 stars not possible.
1 ★ Hi. I just re-installed my co-op app on my phone but I can't remember my password. When I go to reset my password, it says that my email matches a Facebook account and to log in via Facebook. I'm not sure how to do that as there is no option to log in via Facebook on the app. Just Twitter. What can I do? I have reached out on the Facebook page, and I was finally given an email to use for tech support. I emailed them 6 days ago, and still no response.
5 ★ So far, I've had a good experience with the co-op taxi drivers. Very polite and friendly. Highly recommend using the app. And if you don't have a credit card then just click on the Google Pay, and it gives you the option to pay in the cab, cash.
5 ★ Quick to install, quick to sign up & register, quick to get a cab right to you. Only suggestion (I say this without having explored app fully) is to have a "preferred arrival time".. otherwise.. it's great!!
