4 ★ Smooth sign up, easy to use. Two issues: 1. I use dark mode on my Android and some of the text and buttons on the UI are barely readable. 2. The Add to Calendar button on my reservation doesn't work.
2 ★ Poor. I use the app. And the driver gets mad at me for not being in the right pick up point. The app doesn't say. I used the old business card where it is post 29. Then I sent a text message. The driver gets mad at me he said he has been calling me. What is the use of IM option? I dont enjoy the driver getting mad at me. I can use uber in future. They know how to use their app. I am the one tired from trip happy to use their service.instead of uber then the driver is getting mad at me.
3 ★ The app will crash (or not open properly) when opened from the notification that appears. Also the tip can not be customized, it will show an error everytime you change it and defaults back to 10%.
5 ★ I highly recommend Aeroport esp for families with toddlers. You can opt for cars with carseats (no extra charge) so u don't have to worry. My driver Khawar is very professional and well trained. He is very prompt, respectful and helpful. He carried all my luggages in & out of the car. He drove safely and we got to the destination on time. Fare is cheaper with flat rate fees to airport unlike Uber. Car seats no extra charge. Will use their service again. Great Job Aeroport!
1 ★ I got a barrage of SMS from Aeroport after the vehicle arrived at the destination. Not sure why I am getting the spam. Also, once I booked a ride I cannot navigate to any other screen other than the map showing the vehicle.
1 ★ Cannot confirm account. Everytime you leave the screen to go to your message and receive the verification code, it kicks you out of the screen so there is no way to start using the app.
1 ★ I have been unable to get this to work. I have given up on it which is a shame as I strongly prefer to use an app to book my rides instead of having to call them. Also the level of permissions required is questionable.
1 ★ Kept asking to specify a destination even when I did multiple times and followed their tutorial to enter house number. Also did not allow me to enter month and year for expiry date for my credit card. Wasn't worth the trouble so I found another way home.
1 ★ It wants permission to make calls from my phone and access my camera - why? I refused so cannot use. I normally use their phone booking and their service is good.
1 ★ I do like the service of this company and would prefer to book trips with the app. but it doesn't work??? keeps closing
4 ★ Can add the specific location where taxi comes in the airport. Otherwise the app is easy to use.
2 ★ If one does not have a Canadian phone number, cannot create account :-( I want an app I can use without sim card (in airports there is wifi for foreign phones).
1 ★ Doesn't work on Android anymore. I have reinstalled twice now. Please make a fix, I use it all the time!
2 ★ You can't add or track trips that have been booked through the website. I assumed I'd be able to add them using the booking reference number.
1 ★ Asks me to create account when I already have one (connected via FB). Also throws an SQL error (trying to convert date/time or something) during the process.
