Download the latest Attendance application, version 1.0.4, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Education app is developed by André Restivo and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 1.0.4, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.
Description
With Attendance you can create courses, terms and course occurrences; create groups of students with different schedules; add students to groups; and finally take attendances. Attendance status can be configured for each occurrence and are Present, Absent and Late by default.
Attendance also supports importing student lists from text files, importing student photos and you can backup and restore the whole database.
You can also add notes to a student in a particular class and add a topic to a class for future reference.
Export attendance data to CSV and HTML. In a future release, it will be possible to export to Excel, Markdown, Dokuwiki; and also e-mail students and a bunch of other planned features.

4 ★ Having played with half a dozen attendance apps, I've settled on this one. Despite the occasional glitch, it's a very good program. It takes a while to set up, but then so does any program of this type that goes beyond a simple roll-call. A step-by-step guide would be useful here; in particular, when setting up the system, it seems to be very important to do things in the right order - I ran into problems by trying to set up class times before importing students. Ability to import student lists from Drive/Dropbox/wherever would be nice, as would import from and export to Calc/Excel files.
5 ★ Please so far this app is very good. But pls what i want now is the picture quality is not good and we want proper report and more infor of number of absent and present for each and every student and stastical report in next updates thank you
4 ★ The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because when I open students tab to see how many times each student was absent according to the small colored boxes next to the name, the little boxes now are tiny vertical lines (I've been using this app for a couple of weeks). If you can make them stack on top of each other instead of becoming so thin would be perfect! Thank you so much! By the way, groups option is genius!!:)
1 ★ Too FRICKEN HARD!! No directions, not user friendly at all. My class would graduate college before I could utilize this app. What a waste of time.
3 ★ I facing problem that when importing the database of student with code n workgroup. The list only can show 23 student only instead of 34. There was no problem If import name only. Pls help.
4 ★ Great app like the others said. Like to see soon the following; backup db, export to excel, option to view students image larger, running total of absences. Thanks a lot to the developer keep it up.
3 ★ Is there a option to see all my students under one page or screen including attendance. It's abit hassle to scroll up/down every time. I have about 35 students under one class.
1 ★ I give up. Setting up a class is sheer hell. I've used it for several years, and it is sill too difficult. Uninstalling.

4 ★ Would be better if 1) possible to backup db to sdcard also to Google drive automatically daily 2)For class schedule it is only possible to select starring time would b better if can select range for documentation purpose 3) Make a way to export as excel
1 ★ The idea to import things is well thought, but it looks very tedious when it comes to recoding attendance. It should be one button click away, not multiple clicks.
