2 ★ Good powerbank for s23ultra / tab s9ultra both charging at superfaat but the app let's it down a little, real-time temp on unit but not the app, a missed opportunity to shine the app unfortunately has less info than the units screen
5 ★ Great app. Wish it had charging schedule as well so you can programme to charge at cheap rate - that would be handy as would WiFi enabled
4 ★ It's pretty handy having the ability to adjust things on my phone. Very helpful for monitoring the system. Occasionally drops from Bluetooth, and has to be manually reconnected at the powerhouse.
1 ★ Says it works with "Prime Power Bank" even has a picture of it to manually synch with in the app.. Does not work with the Prime Power bank 20k i got today. Havink known this I would have opted for last years 24k model that was $30 cheaper. Anker is becomng a big disappointment. Marketing and paid reviews is all that makes them popular and purchased most.
2 ★ Unable to connect my Anker Prime 27,650mAh Power Bank 250W. I'm using Huawei P30 Lite. 1: I tap Add Devices 2: It says 1 devices detected, Prime Power Bank (I tap on Power Bank) 3: It says Scanning Prime Power Bank, Bring your phone closer to device. (doesn't make a difference where I bring it) Shows progress bar, fills about 25% 4: No Devices Found I've tried restarting my phone, turning off Bluetooth and back on again, keeping my phone different distances, but nothing seems to work.
5 ★ First TRANSPORT: This device (and 3 panels) were purchased in NYC. I had the entire system shipped privately to Puerto Rico. The packaging from the factory is so good that NOTHING was damaged. Second, QUALITY: ANKER is a class act. Everything is well designed and functions exactly as advertized. I'm very satisfied.
2 ★ App is generally OK, a bit basic. Products and Customer Support are disappointing, as they're always trying to pass the blame for something going wrong either onto you, or anyone else they can think of.
4 ★ Great app, needs some more features. I would love if my Anker devices could be locked or unlocked from the app. Especially for the powered cooler.

1 ★ Very disappointing to see multiple prompts to sign in/create account and multiple privacy policies etc. This should be an offline only app.

5 ★ Awesome app. The only gripe I had was no wireless charging. Anker delivered my magnetic plug in charge battery today, so that issue is solved. Plus, I can unplug and take the charge pad with me. The App tells me all kinds of easy to understand information. It said my wireless pad consumes 11W. 👍 I like this a lot. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
