-1 Young peking ducks, cut 10
-1 Tsp apple cider vinegar
-1 Tsp lemon juice
-1 Tsp grated ginger and galangal
-8 Pcs garlic
-5 Pcs shallots
-2 Bh hazelnut
-1 Tsp coriander
-3 Cm turmeric
-3 Cm ginger
-2 Cm galangal
Bh -4 lime leaves
Bh -2 bay leaves
-2 Bh lemongrass, connective and geprek
-300 Ml water
-Salt
-Sugar
-Penyedap
Step
Wash the duck to clean and remove the buttocks / brutu. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and balsamic vinegar let stand 30 minutes. Then rinse again until clean and coat with grated ginger and galangal. Let stand 20 minutes. Rub the duck with herbs that are: BWG red, white, nutmeg, coriander, pepper, turmeric, ginger, galangal.
