1 ★ Not accurate at all. Times are just based on the "train every 15 min" schedule, does not seem to account for delays or cancellations. Missed several trains listening to this thing and Google maps was right on the money every time so I am going back to using that.
2 ★ The position of vehicles does not update fast enough I can be on a bus tracking my location and the bus I'm on will be 3 to 4 blocks behind me on the App. Also the vehicle # is useless information what is needed is headsign notations If your looking at a group of vehicles the vehicle # doesn't tell you which one is yours it should display the route and destination information It also has stopped working for all locations when shuttle busses are instituted for the rail
3 ★ most of the time it's very accurate, but as of late it's been inaccurate with the 64 bus inbound. it changed from arriving in 11 minutes, to arriving now, then changed again to 5 minutes, then didn't come, so i walked away to find another route to work and 2 minutes later i saw that it went by. disappointing
5 ★ I love the way you don't have to see that the vehicle is 12 minutes away, but it will be hear at 7:14. I only wish that when you give the option to see the stops. That you get to pick an area, like 71-70-72&74too. Not China Town & forest hills. Concory

2 ★ Times are not very accurate. When the bus is scheduled to arrive within a few minutes it stops tracking it so it says the next causes 20 minutes away when it really is only a couple of minutes away.

2 ★ This app save me a few time when my other app didn't work so I didn't miss my bus. It is good to have another backup app. Update from my this review on Sudway's arrive time are not correct and it still having same issue
5 ★ Pretty good app. Has great updates and alerts to follow. Wish it had navigation services and showed live movements of the buses and trains.

5 ★ extremely helpful! took some time to get used to the layout, as it's a bit different from previous ones I've used, but it's been pretty accurate over the week I've been using it. thank you.
3 ★ I am not sure why but the app seems to have some problems when I try to use it outside (as in it gets stuck with the loading icon). Other than that issue, it is a useful app.
