Food security occurs when all people have permanent physical, social and economic access to safe, nutritious and sufficient food to meet their nutritional requirements and food preferences, and thus lead an active and healthy life.
Food safety and nutrition are inextricably linked, particularly in places where the food supply is uncertain. When food is scarce, hygiene, safety and nutrition are often neglected; the population adopts less nutritious diets and consumes more unhealthy foods, in which the chemical, microbiological, zoonotic and other dangers pose health risks.
WHO strives to promote the availability of safe, wholesome and healthy food for the entire population, in order to improve food safety and nutritional security. It also strives to promote the integration of food safety into nutrition and food security programs.

This application contains a set of basic rules to maintain a totally innocuous food scenario, very instructive for food handlers that sometimes compromise hygiene due to ignorance of these standards, it also contains the ISO 22000 standard which refers to safety food, and a tutorial with advice that should be followed regarding the conservation and preparation of the products within a processing area.
