After four weeks you’ll not only be ready for the next challenge but you’ll have built a significant amount of quality muscle.

5 ★ I like it! It's very helpful for a beginner. When I first started at the gym, I did not have a focus. I wasn't working out diff areas consistently. It gives a great way to target specific muscle groups using both weight machines & free weights. I substitute lat pull downs and crunches for a cable version and I use a machine for my shoulder excercise versus free weight but still seeing results. I am well past my first 30 days and still use this app as a way to structure my work out.
4 ★ This app serves it's purpose by being a basic guide to get you started back in the gym. I see people reviewing about wanting more details about the workouts it suggests, but I just typed the exercises in YouTube and learned how to correctly do them from there. If there ever is a premium version of this app then definitely include videos and a way to check off your progress and other suggestions from these reviews. Two more months of guided workouts would be helpful too.
4 ★ this is a great workout routine to get your body back into the gym after being out for a while. this has animation and a simple combination of workouts I would have given it a 5-star but I think it needs a continuum routine of exercises and an explanation on how much weight when should use. this is not my first time working out so I understand the need to make sure to have weight that you can control ask doing the sets and not use too much weight that you are not able to control the movement
5 ★ Great app to get you back into the gym after a while out or if you're completely new. Simple interface and all exercises are shown clearly by day and by week. Rest days are clearly marked. Very stress-free not having to worry about what exercises to do especially as a newbie to the gym. Highly recommend.
5 ★ It makes getting back into the gym after a couple of years absence a lot easier. It's straight forward and easy to use with clear well detailed video clips showing you exactly how to do each exercise. It's like having a personal trainer in your pocket. I have no more excuses. I'm looking forward to start my training tomorrow. 👍💪
5 ★ Badass app if you're really interested in getting built. Super detailed on the most important aspects of smart and safe body building. The only improvement it can definitely use in my opinion; would be to mention to the audience about how important proper stretching ties in with working out, no matter what level of physical activity your participating in. GET KRUNK BROTHER.
5 ★ This was a great app that helped me not to feel so lost in the gym. By the end of the month I felt really confident going to the gym and I definitely feel like I have gotten stronger. I honestly wish they had a paid version or a version that was still for beginners but for the following 2 through 6 months.
3 ★ Great for beginners or people who havent worked out in a long time. Very few features, just a list of exercises and super basic instructions on how to do each exercise. Im definitely feeling like 8m getting a full body work out.
5 ★ Gave me what I needed, a plan I could follow when I get apathetic about making my own workouts. Wish there was a bit more variety, but it is exactly as described and there are other more advanced apps if/when you need them.
3 ★ Just started with week 1 and it's a great app to get you going at the gym. I don't mind the ads,but I would give it more stars if there was a way to time or keep track of the exercises you complete.
5 ★ Great app for beginners. UI is very clean and simple to use. Instructions are clearly given along with directions on how to perform the exercise. There are many apps out there, by far this is the best I've used. Solid app.
5 ★ I have used workout apps for years. This app was easy to follow and for the first time I actually saw a change in my body. I appreciate that it was designed for beginners but helped develop a strong base for the rest of my workout goals.
5 ★ wow, this app has properly structured an introductory routine for beginners. with first week getting all your different body areas used to working out and then moving on to more compound exercises. what i really love is the easy to use interface and the animations showing the exercise. good work guys
5 ★ I am already seeing some major physical changes. The app really gives good guidance for beginners. Could do with a bit more detail on what exercises do what? But overall well chuffed!!

I have a question, Why should follow special training program, for example, certain muscles certain days, why not just training what you feel comfortable with, for example today i feel wana do biceps maube tomorrow chest, ment not organized or planned programm ? Thank you
