1 ★ The new app does not work at all. I cannot apply any rewards when I try to order in advance. It says the reward is in my car but it will not apply it. Hopefully when I go in the store I can use my rewards.
1 ★ Only worked last night one time on my phone. Go in the next day to check points. Screen turns black. Deleted and re-download app. Still doesn't work. S21+ phone. Brand new 😖
1 ★ App doesn't work most of the time. Have deleted and reinstalled twice and my OS is fully updated. Just reinstalled and it still opened to a black screen after the loading logo.
2 ★ App doesn't seem to work all I ever get anymore is a pitch black screen whenever I open the app Update : uninstalled completely as all I get anymore is a black screen after the & is down loading . Fix the app & I might reinstall it

1 ★ The app does not work on Android of iPhone. I'm unable to login after entering my credentials. It does not take me to the password page. I've encountered this numerous times with the app & even the website. You are sooo close to losing a customer because these problems are not worth my time. - a very unhappy customer who loves the food but hates the ordering aperatus.
1 ★ Does not work for my One Plus 8 phone. Currently attempts to load and freezes up on a lavender purple background. When it worked originally, I couldn't even order on it, let me load my information, load up what I wanted on my pizza etc but then I couldn't order. I'm assuming it is because of their OS
1 ★ The app never opens properly, after many reinstall attempts. I see the same issue is happening to everybody else. Physical locations (in NYC) aren't letting people in the store to order (because of covid understandably). This app needs to be fixed.
1 ★ Awful app experience. Love the food, but can't complete an order through the app because it hangs when re-entering the app after it was backgrounded. Will update my review if they fix it.
1 ★ App sucks, pizza is great. Logs ne out loses my order. I have to close the app and reopen to order second and third pies, usually loses the order in the process.
