1 ★ Nothing to this app, no previous orders or customer service link.
2 ★ It's good for the steak timer, but the timer can be a bit glitchy, which is dissapointing for a company that prides itself on online sales. I experienced two situations, one where the timers wouldn't start at all and just said all timers were completed and one where the timer just restarted halfway through cooking. For the first I just uninstalled and then reinstalled. For the second, I just SOL. Shame, because had the timer worked properly, I'd be in the app and be looking at their product more.
1 ★ Can we please see our order history through the app & have the ability to change payment methods when one fails...
1 ★ I love the food but the app is just horrible just about nothing works in it. okay so you have something in your freezer try and get the directions online through the app nope. look for items that you have already ordered, it tells you to sign in I am already signed in nope doesn't work. I hope they realize that they are losing money by having such a terrible app.
1 ★ This app is useless , can't edit anything in the address book. I try to go into my acct and then taken to packages to buy , went in through website after that didn't work and the website doesn't work right either
2 ★ Needs a massive update. I got the app to earn extra reward points. It didn't work. All the links on the rewards page are dead. Please update

1 ★ Anytime I click on something is takes me to "Promotion not available." I end up shopping online instead. App is useless.
1 ★ When I press the cooking button to access the timer function, the app reboots. It has never worked.
1 ★ App sucks don't bother to download. can't check existing orders, Can't create new orders as it won't let you select existing or put in new address. Worthless. On a Samsung S9.
1 ★ Terrible app this app needs some serious help! Click on orders it try's to sell you something and doesnt show previous orders at all. Half the links dont work. Please fix this.

1 ★ installed the app twice but it doesn't work when the cooking activity is selected, crashes the app.
2 ★ its a website contained in an app. you can go from link to link just like the website. only difference here is they can send you a push notification when they want to.
5 ★ the quality & flavor of the single meals are great ! ! !
