Foscam Monitor Legacy 2.3 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

5 ★ Have used this app for a few years now, originally to keep an eye on my elderly parents and then to watch over the house that was empty for several months and everything has worked fine.
4 ★ Broken again after update, but the dev works hard. This app is great when it works, and I've knocked off 1 star for it breaking frequently but the dev does go above and beyond to fix issues, even ones outside of their control. Glad I spent the money on the app to support great devs like this one.
5 ★ Works very well. Developer is very responsive if you have a problem also.
4 ★ Latest update has allowed me to view the camera but no longer supports 2 way audio due to loss of the direct connection function. I use the camera as a pseudo baby monitor so the audio component is important to me. Hope this comes back on board soon.
5 ★ I love it. Only things I ask..a) ability to group cameras together, b) where is the gallery folder when I take a picture? And c) ability to rotate image by 90 degrees
2 ★ Last version worked well. Latest update has broken it. Always force closes when selecting a camera.
3 ★ Wish I could record video to my phone like other apps do. Please add that option so I don't have to run 2 apps. Update. The app uses a lot of my battery. I mean a lot power manager says my screen is 1 this app is 2 and cell radio is 3. It uses more then hardware does. Please fix!!!!!!!!!
5 ★ Depending on which phone you have!! it may work great or you need to contact the developer for a version that works best with your specific OS version. He is very responsive and helpful.
4 ★ Upgraded to version 2.14 and I cant connect to the camera. Tried other free apps which connect fine.

5 ★ I've been a self employed IT Tech for the past 29 years (I recently retired). After dealing with Foscam's horrible "blue cloud app" for 6 long weeks & spending more than 4 hours on the phone with their Support I finally gave up after they said they were unable fix my multiple issues. I then purchased "Foscam Monitor" v.2.13 by Amstapps (for only $3). All my issues disappeared & the best part is I can symataneously enable or disable "Motion Detect" on both my "F19821P" security cameras with a single tap.
1 ★ This app gets stuck on in the background even after you clear you running apps. Uses gigs fast
3 ★ Does not support foscam fi9900p... It is able to manage motion detection schedule for fi9831 and C1 camera.
4 ★ For my use (baby monitor) this app is almost perfect: -Dark colors make checking at night a non-painful event -All camera functionality is available and works. I do wish I could pinch to zoom the image, and landscape mode is as must (again, for a bigger picture).
1 ★ Latest update does NOT work with my H264 Foscam. Connects but picture does not load then stops working. I have had to look to another app which works perfectly.
