2 ★ I'm afraid since before Christmas 2024 & up till now nearly 2 weeks in Jan 2025 this app is terrible, the connection is dreadful no matter where you are even with fast broadband it's not working , and of course it's so slow that trying to get authorization from the bank fails, this does not happen with Tesco's, so I'm looking at switching to get my groceries online through them Only 2 stars rated
1 ★ Terribly slow and even worse can't pay for on line shopping. Any body in supervalu want to sort out connection issues.!!
1 ★ Big problem with this app, when you go to pay and you require your banks verification, it freezes your phone. You end up going back to the start after forcing it to stop. Use two separate methods. One to order and one to verify. Which is a bit daft.
1 ★ Very poor won't let you select the shop nearest to you .
