2 ★ App always wants to update but when I try to it just buffers. And some of the normal functions do the same thing. I always have to delete app install again.
3 ★ You could make this app better by where it says "get card" it would actually show you the card. Instead you have to go to Details and look there to print the card for your car.
1 ★ An update has broken the pay custom amount screen. Please fix it, the numbers get jumbled after 2 digits. Great, seems billing account numbers are unnecessary, but the app works well.
3 ★ Well. Still trying to set up a method of payments on the app. Nothing is sticking. Smh. Until i get an answer, this is only good for showing what ya have. Layout is easy and user friendly. Now if i could only pay a bill.
1 ★ "service is temporarily unavailable. Try again later." For the LAST 4 MONTHS! Useless app.
5 ★ This app is so much easier to deal with then going to the site. Pay and log out. Love it!
1 ★ Doesnt work at all. Logged in with an existing account and doesnt show any policies. Crashes about every other time using it.
1 ★ It has locked me out and you have to use the number to get "unlocked " the number has yet to work...
1 ★ App hangs on "confirm contact info" page with an overlay box saying loading please wait. App is unusable.
5 ★ This app is easy to use and navigate. I like being able to help myself with many insurance needs without calling my agent.
2 ★ Does its job, but everytime i open it, it tells me there's an update but nothing comes up when I choose update now. Just goes to its app in the app store and says delete or open. Thsts 2 stars to me.
