1 ★ This app is the absolute worst and can literally cause people to lose their lives. Providers come and go, but you're stuck with the first provider you choose. If they're not available, you don't get an appointment. So you may end up like me and not have your medication refills called in for over a month.
1 ★ Useless App. There is no option to edit any information. If you make any wrong during providing profile information, you will not be able to edit or delete. There support staffs are not well trained to solve the issues as well.
1 ★ Condescending and Unhelpful Doctors - my doc said I should have been able to see her notes from the visit to see the OTC medication she recommended for my sons horrible cough. When I asked for a specific brand/name during our "visit", she just kept repeating, "It's at every store, you should be able to find it". Gee thanks 😑 The notes don't seem to exist either. Uninstalling & won't be back.
1 ★ The app doesn't save information. There's also almost always an issue in logging in.
