1 ★ Saw app advertised inside Virginia visitors center. I downloaded there even though center didn't have public WiFi. Upon completion of download,I attempted to open the app three times, each resulting in an error message and not opening the app. IF this app is not compatible with my phone, I should have been alerted before I wasted the bandwidth to download.
