Original AMC programming includes The Walking Dead — the highest-rated series in cable history, Fear the Walking Dead, Preacher, Better Call Saul, Dietland, Humans, Into the Badlands, McMafia, The Terror and many more.
Cable Providers include AT&T U-Verse, COX, DIRECTV, DISH, Optimum, Xfinity and Verizon FiOS, among many others.
AMC Premiere subscribers can enjoy current seasons of AMC shows - Ad-Free, On Demand, and available in app at the same time as live broadcast television availability. AMC Premiere subscribers also get early access or full-season access to select shows before they air, plus special content like exclusive extended episodes, bonus scenes, sneak peeks, uncut movies, and more. In-season full episodes are also available to download for offline viewing on your iPhone or iPad for AMC Premiere subscribers.
An upgrade to AMC Premiere is only $4.99 a month (TV provider subscription required). Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed in the settings of your Googley Play Account.

1 ★ Horrible app. I was trying to watch a show and almost every episode was incorrectly linked to another shows. The only episode that did work took forever to load. Is really embarrassing that an app service you have to pay for has a worse platform and service than a free ones. Is really shameful.
1 ★ But it gets worse ..Their new premium service - AMC+ isn't currently available as a standalone app, only as an add-on with other streaming hubs such as Prime, AppleTV or Roku. What's more, those of us who maintain cable subscriptions (DIRECTV) with an AMC+ add-on have no current way of connecting our paid subscriptions to and streaming from these platforms.
1 ★ App is non reactive when trying to play episodes of anything. On the rare occasion it does play an episode, if you dare to pause it, the show will never load again. I don't care that I watched the same add 7 times in a row, I just want to be able to watch a show, pause it and return later with Confidence that I can continue the show
1 ★ By far the worst app I've ever used. Chromecast audio sync issues. No rewind or fast forward buttons. Have to force close the app to connect to Chromecast again if you change apps. It's an utter embarrassment.
1 ★ Wanted to give 0 stars because It doesnt work, if you can get the app to work it plays same ad over and over. When i go to watch fear the walking dead or discovery of witches it either plays a 30 sec ad for kevin can f himself or it plays the show "Too close" instead. Total waste of time. I have deleted app and reinatalled, cleared cache, turned phone off and back on. Nothing works or helps. Im about to delet app again but for good.
1 ★ Update May 19 2021 Goddamn this app is trash. Sound goes out of sync every few minutes. CC doesn't cast to tv. A shame that we are forced to use this garbage for spectacular programming. This app must have cost tens of dollars to develop. AMC did not get their money's worth. Wow. Spectacularly bad app. Difficult to navigate playback time. You'll probably get an ad even if you just want to go 10 sec back...if you get lucky enough to click exactly where you want. I pay for cable!!
1 ★ This app SUCKS!!!! Same commerical over and over. I literally watched the same 30 second commerical for 2 mins (4times in a row) Also app keeps freezing up and will not load or it buffers after commerical and will not resume. Even after I close app and try to resume it plays commerical and stops right after it and will not load the show!!!!!!!!! Very pissed!!!
1 ★ I uninstalled this app a year ago hoping they would fix it. I downloaded it today for the first time and it still has issues. It has no problem playing all the ads but come to the actual show and it won't play. There is no update because I just downloaded it. Fix the app already.
2 ★ I like this app because I can use it to cast to a tv through the Google stick, but the video and dialog rarely sync up without having to back up 30 or more seconds to get the sound track and video to play at the same time. It's frustrating and I usually turn it off.
1 ★ Does not work in Canada. There are 3 cable providers in Alberta Telus Shaw and Bell and none of them are listed. Your network only allows Telus (my provider) to carry current shows. Meaning due to long breaks between half seasons I cannot get the first 8 episodes of season 6 of fear the walking dead!
1 ★ This app is horrible. It doesn't play what you choose. I choose a particular show and it plays another.. all the shows are mixed up in the app so no way to watch what you want ...it plays an episode from a completely different show.
1 ★ Plays the same ad 5x in a row and then gets stuck on the AMC+ loading screen while watching a show. Greedy practice to bully users into subscribing to their premium service. They wonder people why people pirate content - it's because of stuff like this.
1 ★ Can't even use service. I would be willing to pay for streaming service alone but inorder to activate I have to add a whole cable package to my TV. Absolutely rediculos. Why would I pay for cable when I already have all the streaming service apps. Kinda defeats the purpose.
1 ★ They get you hooked on a TV show that you can watch with your already expensive cable package and then on episode 5, they tell you that you have to subscribe to ANOTHER premier package that costs more money. Complete bullsh*t.
2 ★ 2 stars is generous. The app is a technical mess. They should not have rolled this out without beta testing.
