2 ★ Not an intuitive menu and very slow response. While watching a video, you need to press and let the application think for a second, maybe two, even the volume change indicator barely climbs out. If you have saved the series and have already watched the first season, then to watch further you need to somehow find the second season in the catalog or you will always continue watching from the first season. App blinking: • you are logged in, you see the directory and then you are redirected to the user's choice; • you have selected a series, there is some kind of shifting in the menu of the series and the series is loading. Since the application has a very poor response, it is embarrassing, it seems that I clicked something and the application began to work it out.

1 ★ Redesigned sure, but the fast forward/rewind still sucks. It's slow and unintuitive to use on Android TV. One press of the seek forwards/right button says "hold to fast forward" at which point it skips in 10s chunks every second or so, but this is way too slow for long movies or even longer sports events, especially when it doesn't even remember where you got to! The amount of time I've wasted having to seek to certain play positions in 3, 4, 5 hour US open tennis matches is really annoying.

1 ★ New layout is better than original but there's too much unnecessary junk. Live TV, come on have descent selection of live channels, buy movies, oh wait need to get my phone to purchase?? Channel subs are a waste of time never much to watch on them, programs are not changed often enough!! Lastly you now have a separate app for Freevee, please remove it from this app, Freevee is for those who do not PAY for a subscription, so let them watch it on the standalone app not part of this app please.

2 ★ Where do I start? 1. You cannot "type" in the search bar. 2. Doesn't work with "continue watching" in the home screen. 3. Cannot be included in the "searchable apps" list in Google Assistant. 4. As a result, voice commands like "play [insert title] from prime video" doesn't work. 5. Also because of reason #3, searching for a title (in Google) that's available on prime video, won't show "available on prime video".

2 ★ Some shows play fine, some only have audio, and the 'oh, uninstall and reinstall, reboot everything etc.' fixes do nothing. Can't watch the Boys on TV, can't watch Reacher (show, not movie) etc. Only seems to happen with Amazon original shows, I haven't had the problem yet with movies.

1 ★ With the new version it is not longer possible to watch any video on my Phillips 65OLED804. The app takes very long to load and after starting a video it complains that something is going wrong. I had to manually uninstall the updates to restore functionality.

1 ★ Used to work incredibly well on the latest Shield Android TV: 4K video, DD+ (all the bells and whistles.) Unfortunately, the latest update is forcing the app to display only 480p. While on my cellphone, Chromecast and on supported browsers it does go up to 4K.

1 ★ No longer plays anything in HD. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, no effect All my other streaming apps such as Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube do so with no issue. My internet connection is 1 gig fibre. Utterly useless to me now.

2 ★ The wheel of time is coming out soon but i don't think the current state of the Android Tv app gives me the motivation to Subscribe. I cant play the video in 4k am stuck to HD yet the TV Support 4K HDR/Dolby Vision and with over 100mbps of internet connection. If the trailer is annything to go by then something drastic needs to be done, at least bring the option to set the video quality manually like on android or browser. There should be a choice, if my internet is good enough i should be able to set the best quality, if it is not then i will switch to HD due to bandwith limitation. Give us something to work with here

1 ★ Unlike both the Android app on the phone, and the web browser viewer, there's no way to specify HD resolution instead of 4K resolution on some content (e.g. The Electrical Life of Louis Wain). As a result, you can burn up 8x the bandwidth in 4K vs. 2K, which is a big problem if you have a bandwidth limit. This is idiotic and inept, and needs to be fixed immediately. Of course, given the number of bad reviews, and the fact that it's a captive audience, don't hold your breath.

1 ★ Imagine the whole season being available except the episode 2! Yep, the app is that good or interntionall programmed to be that bad. This app also deserves the title of having the worst UI in a modern app by one of the biggest IT companies in the world. I'm running this on Nvidia Shield the player Amazon tried stopping the sales in their platform because it sells better than Amazon's own Fireshitcks. :D

3 ★ smug developers seem to be unaware that my data is as important to me as my viewing. I'm unable to change the data demand (lower quality) for TV eps (which weren't even shot in 1K) and so it just chews my limited data. Pretty unacceptable.

1 ★ The app is mixed in German, English and Finnish despite having set it to English. It crashes frequently (other apps work fine, so it's not the TV's fault), usually when trying to skip intros.

1 ★ Crippled on purpose. All other video streaming apps work on Google TV. Streaming works on their iOS app, but Prime Android app on Google TV requires constant buffering since about 2 weeks ago.

2 ★ App is garbage. There's no video preview forwarding or backing up. Audio lip sync issues are ridiculous. They are off by seconds.
