Various payment options
When booking through the mobile app, you can take advantage of a range of payment options available worldwide and specifically in your country. If you are undecided about your reservation, you can use our app to hold your booking along with the guaranteed fare for up to 48 hours free of charge.
My Trips
Manage your booking conveniently using the Kenya Airways mobile app by adding it to “My Trips”. Once added, the app will help you keep track of every step throughout your journey, sending you flight notifications about check-in, store your boarding card etc. In addition “My Trips” allows you to conveniently manage your booking, change your seat and meal preferences, modify your flight details, purchase excess baggage and much more.

5 ★ Found this app really useful for when I was going away. Nice to see the count down and how many days I had to go. Showed me where to book in and check out. Got rid of it now though as not going away.
1 ★ What the point of having the app if you can NEVER book through it. It keep telling you contact us contact us! The entire point of getting the app is so I don't have to contact you and can do my thing smoothly from my couch!
4 ★ Giving it 4 stars because it doesn't pick and pool bookings under same frequent flier number until one enters manually. There's definitely room for improvement.
2 ★ the "My flights" section doesn't inform about flight status and doesn't even allow to check directly; one has to memorize the flight number and go to "Flight status"
1 ★ Worst app showing flight timetable available when we go to book its shows not available and from last 2 days showing you are a bot i think this Application itself is a Bot (worst experience)
1 ★ There's provision for local destinations selection but their bookings doesn't go through eg. Nairobi-Eldoret, Nairobi-Kisumu.
1 ★ The person at the check-in counter told me that one of my flights doesn't have media screens and that I should download this app to have access to entertainment options in flight. That was a blatant lie. There are no entertainment options on this app.
1 ★ Reservations abruptly canceled, causing complete loss of trip itinerary including connecting flights, and other destinations.
1 ★ There is no use of this app on one will reply.. Even on email ...very Bad Customer Care... I will not recommend this airlines
