• Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise OpenTouch Conversation® for Android™ smartphone requires 'OXO Connect' Release 4+ OR 'OpenTouch MultiMedia Services' Release 2.6.1 infrastructure.
• KEEP IN MIND that the functional richness of the application depends on both end-user profile and host infrastructure.
• Android OS 8.0+ is required (list of supported devices given below).

Purtroppo è un sistema complesso che si basa o su una connessione Wi-Fi, perfetta, distribuita uniformemente in ogni angolo buio delle aziende, oppure tramite sistema "call back", che necessita di più linee tel. esterne e SiM a disposizione degli utenti anche solo interni per essere raggiunti dalla rete telefonica nazionale quando la rete aziendale fallisce nella copertura. Il problema: è il passaggio da un sistema all'altro che fa perdere la comunicaz., allineamento con la centrale.

2 ★ Can't connect to ot conversation server if connected to a different Wi-Fi network than my company wifi
3 ★ Cant switch to Android dialer unless Alcatel Application is closed. Not able to disconnect call once on speaker
1 ★ The one touch dialer can't switch to the android dialer when pressing "private call" the Alcatel app closes the public/private call dialogue for a second then it pops back up again. Very frustrating. I have to keep exiting the Alcatel app to make calls from my phone.
