Description
Features on the MyKi Watch app include:
Tracking function: You can check the present location of your child wearing a MyKi™ GSM-GPS watch, at any time and browse the location history for the past month.
Footprints function: You can set two Safe Zones, in which you know your child is secure. Also, you can add a speed limit. Thus, you will be notified if your child leaves the Safe Zone and/or is moving too fast.
Communication functions: You can call the watch or send voice and text messages to your child via the app. The child may reply with a voice message or a telephone call from the MyKi™ GSM-GPS watch.
Health function: This function counts the steps of your child and, based on standard measures, brings back full information for the number of steps, passed meters, and burned calories during the day.
Alarm function: You can set up to 3 alarms.
Other functions:
• Whitelist of phone numbers calling the watch;
• Phonebook of phone numbers to be dialed by the watch;
• SOS and Family numbers;
• Push Notifications;
• SMS & Email Alerts;
• Rewards;
• Removed from hand notification;

3 ★ It is a good app. It has many useful features. 3 stars because I have one fruatrating experiance. After some time I can not log in to app because they have changed the conditiins for pasword. My saved pasword does not work any more after a year. I can not log in for a few days now, and all the direcrions given by the support have been useless for now. So disapointed after this change.
2 ★ When in GSM location, the device does very poorly. The location error is couple of kilometers. It's really bad and useless. When it starts the GPS then is OK. I find it very difficult to find my child on the map. How to turn off GSM location.
2 ★ Why is ot not possible to register a watch under two accounts. I originally created an account on my phone and set a watch for my son. When I wanted to create an account for my wife it was not possible since watch was already registered. So I had to give her my account. I find this wierd to say the least. One application can have multiple watched but one watch can not have multiple applications. Please change this. Some kids have two parents.
4 ★ I can't create account, it push me through disclaimer and agreement confirmation over and over again... Any clues? ---SOLVED --- I used other phone to create account, it worked after that... Could be Android issue, overlay screen option or similar. However, you should take care of such issues. One thing also I noticed is that I can't edit rights in Contact list: Only one contact (SOS and first one I've added) can make all three types of communication , meaning call, video and message. Other contacts in list can make only GSM call. Is it ok, does it has to be like that or I'm missing something? Anyway, good work so far, continue that way...
1 ★ huge dissapointment! not able to register! the password is not being reset! not able to use! ONLY PROBLEMS! TO BAD I DID NOT READ THE REVIEWS IN ADVANCE!
1 ★ The app does not allow to register with valid email addresses, it seems that they know better than the specification. Also support is usually not available, takes very long time to answer and isn't helpful.
1 ★ Terribile app, bought it for my first grade son, cant belive I'm stuck with this for next 2 years contract with mobile provider. AVOID!
2 ★ Sometimes watch is offline and GSM location is inaccurate. If I can't make contact and haven't got precise location, what's the point? Also, from last update , app is constantly asking for password.
3 ★ Cannot add photo on the app profile on Android device(possible for Apple!). Cannot add photos on addressbook contacts (not really convenient this way for kids who have still not learnt to read).
1 ★ Very stressful and unsecure, after about a month of using a watch, someone else's watch appears in my app from time to time (I could actually see it's location and movement - talk about GDPR :) ), and after few days with two watches in app, I'm logged out from my app and can't recover my account anymore. No help from support yet.
1 ★ Phone losses connection with watch all the time. Cannot locate my kid at all. App is useless. If there is zero star I would rate it as zero, one star is too much!
1 ★ When it works great, when not customer service is very slow and very bad a responding - let alone helping fix an issue. When they cannot come up with more bad fixes, they just stop responding!
2 ★ What to say ? App is inaccurate, freezing, every couple of months I can't log in. Technical support is not helpful at all . Disappointed.
3 ★ The App dont works lately. Watch is offline but I can make call. I can not send message, and does not show the location because it is offline. Whats wrong?
3 ★ Worked pretty good for two months. Today stopped working. Can't start, "loading"
