1 ★ Randomly drops devices off my account. Having to set up camera multiple times in a day is annoying. To top it off twice now my cameras after being randomly deleted off my list have just stopped connecting to the app at all. Now on camera 3 and same issue "error added camera to your account". Avoid these cameras and app to many issues. Alt3c Lansing stick to speakers please

1 ★ Edit: now the app won't play back any clips. The only thing that works is the live feed. Very dissapointed.

1 ★ Looking back on footage, the sound is minutes off from video. Lots of lag and connection issues. Not worth the cost of monitoring. The two speakers have never been able to connect. Not happy.

4 ★ I had the same problem many people have complained about. I made my Android connect on the 2.4 Gig band and still no luck. I had to turn off the 5 Gig band on my router and it worked right away. I suspect the camera had connected to the 5Gig band. Once I got connected this camera is awesome. To bad about this bug. I hope they fix it soon. I'm happy.

1 ★ The camera does not connect to WiFi in spite of following ALL instructions and calls to tech support. I even returned the first one in the hope that maybe the camera was defective. Truth is it's just poorly designed with a faulty set up app. Only thing good in the whole package is the Google speaker. My advice, don't waste your time on this product.

5 ★ this app is great. I love the camera. I'm not sure why everyone else is having trouble hooking it up, but mine hooked up right away and is great with noise and motion detection. I love that I can take pictures and videos of what's going on in my house and they save right to my phone.... and a google home speaker that has good quality sound, when all I was buying was the camara... score! I love even more that I got it for 40 bucks!

3 ★ Works, but not easily. To get the camera to connect you have to use 2.4 GHz. Easiest way is to log into your router and turn off the N band. Once you get the camera connected, you can log back in and turn the N band back on. No option for cloud recording unless you pay. Would have liked to be able to select my own cloud recording site. This is an okay $30 toy cam. It is not very useful as an actual security system. It might be better if you're willing to pay the monthly fee to save recordings.

4 ★ As Advertised... A1A : read all the reviews... not sure why your having trouble... As Advertised, after I completed installation as directed, system operates with no/zero flaws. I recommend to disconnect system & carefully follow INSTRUCTIONS... PEACE

1 ★ This app and the camera product that it is supposed to connect to will not connect. First of all when I try to sign into my account it won't let me even though I have set up an account. Secondly once it does finally let me sign in it signs me out of the app randomly and literally never will connect to the camera. Speaker works great, but I am extremely unsatisfied with this product and highly recommend that no one buys this product or uses this app. Just complete garbage. Just an FYI to Altec.... Make sure your products work with your apps prior to selling them. This has been a very frustrating experience. DO NOT BUY AND RETURN IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT. 2 DAYS LATER... camera still doesn't work, but everything else works. Still going to return this on Monday.

3 ★ To those having issues with this app and especially the camera, right before I was about to smash the camera because nothing would work, i decided to try a different phone, and guess what, it connected in 2 seconds. I'm on a S9Plus, as my main phone, no go...and then i grabbed my Essential PH1, and instantly connected. so, i dont know what the issue is with the Samsung Phone, but I hope the dev's read these reviews.

4 ★ I bought this to use as a baby monitor in rv. I have a 2.4ghz router with no internet, couldn't get it to work. now that we're back home it connected camera and speaker with zero issues. I'm a little curious why these are bundled, need two different apps to work them and they do not interact at all..... but I love the speaker, it adds to my Google home assistant army, I have one in each room! it's battery so I can bring it outside and I can use it as just a Bluetooth speaker! camera works fine

2 ★ Bought it on black Friday. Spent 3 hours first night trying to connect the camera to wifi with my phone, reset camera at least 15 times. Had no issues with the speaker though. Tried the camera two more nights and still no success. Thought maybe it was cause my droid moto z is 2.5 yr old or the wifi, but now im seeing other people had the same issue.. I wanted this so I can see/talk to my fur baby while im at work; so disappointed.

5 ★ Bought this camera. wireless just means through wifi. You still need to plug in camera to electric outlet. Real tiny, maybe 6-8 inches long. All the hardware comes with it to mount. And it's real easy. Excellent picture quality. Set camera up in about 10-15 minutes. Including down loading app. And it's 180 degrees. color is real nice. camera sends me a notification when it's triggered. I live in the woods so it picks up opossums, raccoons, cats and even a panther I have walking through here. SUPER COOL. It is indoor/outdoor but for condensation, maybe even a extremely light rain. otherwise install it "under" some type of shelter. real, real nice for the price. Going back for a couple more to add to the system. hope this helps.

1 ★ set up was a headache. the motion events will not load. cannot scroll to the time said motion events occurred on the saved video. playback of the videos is literally impossible unless you watch it all the way through. event times are in am/pm,tine stamp on videos is time elapsed. has sd card in camera but doesn't have the option to save videos to the card. why is there an sd card slot if you can't save anything to it? this was a complete waste of money!!

5 ★ this camera is well worth the money! it sets up in minutes and you get 180 degrees of motions sound detection that alerts to your phone! the camera lens pivots back and forth and you can zoom in, and move the lens with a touch of your finger from ur phone! and you can record video, listen in thru the microphone on the camera, take Pics and even speak thru the camera! oh did I mention how it has nite vision that works perfectly!! if anyone doesnt want theirs, I'll take it off their hands!! no BS!
