1 ★ product quality : 100. Customer Service : 0. False marketing when I ordered as they said free delivery over 200 and then I was still charged. They assured this would be refunded once I receive my order. Been 4 weeks now and customer service never replies either anything useful and no follow up either, I've wasted so much time on it already. Would not recommend. Customer service makes or breaks your company.

1 ★ guys you should know that i have internet and i can compare prices . you are 2 to 3 times higher than competitors. other users please check dunhill icon as an example. they are trying to scam you with thier price prmise to keep you purchasing with higher prices . remove it immediately

1 ★ they will cancel your order without any reason or because it is (cash on Delivery (they will give the priority to someone who paid in Visa even if he order after your order simply they will cancel your order) and after almost 3 to 4 day from the ordering date. i had very bad experience ..uninstalling.

1 ★ Agree with a previous reviewer - please do not order from these guys! The items are quickly delivered but impossible to return! Although the app let me create a return on my order, there is NO response at all and I have no idea how to proceed with the actual return process. Tried calling their customer service and surprise, surprise - there is no one to answer the call! So please do yourself a favor and keep your money away from this app.

1 ★ Nisnass is a bad business. They don't deliver goods on time and although they have a no questions asked return policy, they do nothing when u want to return purchased items. The live chat option on their app doesn't work, they don't respond to emails so the only thing u will be left doing is having to call them international on their Dubai number which isn't toll free. I would say don't download the app as they are cheating their customers and if you already have then uninstall it. There are better places to shop from on the internet.

5 ★ My first experience with them is positive , fast delivery , superb service . Good quality items and good discount price . They just need to save the environment by printing less paper . l found a total of 6 receipt paper in my order . Please save the environment 🙏. Thank , Solomon.

3 ★ It is getting stuck a lot, difficult to update info. Only small sizes available, I'm doing shopping only for my kids. There is nothing for my self to feet my size.
