1 ★ so I had to add a receipt but when submitting, it says phone isnt online but that wasnt really the case. So when u go to contact us, it gives error network again. and the rest of the options dont go thru. called the contact center, the guy asked the barcode and I assume he added it. when I asked him what's wrong with the app, he said he doesnt know. impeccable customer service too!
1 ★ Absolutely horrendous app! There is zero support available if you have password issues. I have submitted at least 10 'forgot password emails' and have heard nothing back! I would avoid this app completely unless someone with an ounce of knowledge came in and corrected all the issues and had experience with customer service!!
1 ★ I'm wondering, why would a reward application ask for the following permissions: take pictures and videos read your contacts find accounts on the device modify your contacts directly call phone numbers modify or delete the contents of your SD card read the contents of your SD card Looking forward for justifications to understand. 1 ★ when I used the application I couldn't link it with the card (1st problem). 2nd problem: when I added the receipt after downloading tha app it gave an error telling me that the receipt date has to be after the download not before. This is not what I was told in the store so please fix that problem or cancel the application if it is not working well.
1 ★ Bug in the application everytime you open "Error Oops! There's been an unexpected error. Please try again." Also, this app doesn't scan invoices for online purchases & neither it's mentioned in their policy (app) until you call them & find out.
1 ★ bad,, very bad,, I've been trying to register but every time when I put my password it says password doesn't match with confirm password, this is happening at every try,, I clicked the reset too,, but it still shows the same message, you need to improve
1 ★ I have been using the privilege card for years and never bothered check my privileges over the years due to busy life style. And today I decided to give there app a try... And i was expecting a big surprise... NO... the app after I updated my card says that I never had any purchase history. And treated me as a new member... The question is what happened to all these card swipes at Al shaya stores... I have spent hundreds if not over a thousand KD over the years..After that experience. Worthles.

1 ★ The app is very faulty. forgot password gives repeated errors and when it does work, the mail is not sent.
1 ★ Such a scam. Tried to use this card/app over the last couple years and I'm pretty sure it's just a scam. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time my information was erased after amassing points, but the second time? Customer service can't reset or even locate my account with my phone number, registered email, or Civ ID? Too much of a coincidence to have happened twice. Skip this personal data gathering app as it doesn't bring any value to you anyway.
1 ★ Oops! Unexpected error. No matter what is selected there's an error - opening the app, trying to select a country to register, viewing as a guest. All just fail. Unable to use and uninstalling immediately.
1 ★ Does not work. Always receive an error message. Have no way to track purchases or see offers. Please fix.
1 ★ Constantly logs you out so when you get to pay till you either have to make everyone wait while you try to log in again or you just give up and don't use the app. Useless app.
1 ★ The app won't let me login, always gives wrong email password message. I have reset my password and tried more than a hundred times with no success
1 ★ all the sms related functions are never supporting in it. i am unable to reset password. unable to change my phone number nothing is doing good in this.
