Energies "incentive" is now an incentive to support recruitment of energies to help you find career opportunities that suit you
For entitlement controls determined by the Supreme Economic Council. In order to continue to receive this allowance, the researcher must continue and continue to look seriously for work. The main purpose of this subsidy is to assist the researcher in obtaining a permanent and appropriate job rather than relying on the subsidy as a source of fixed income.

Program definition
The job search incentive program offers a SAR 2,000 SR for 12 months for serious job seekers to stimulate and enhance access to sustainable and appropriate jobs and provide them with the skills and resources to join the labor market.
Advantages
The registrar in the Job Search incentive program automatically benefits from employment support services by linking the profile to employment centers, job offers on the TAQAAT site, a recruitment meeting, and many other training courses and services.
The Beneficiary in the Job Seeker Program receives a financial allocation of SR 2,000 for 12 months. The beneficiary can discontinue financial support before the end of the year, return later when needed and re-apply for remaining benefits.
Commitments
Beneficiaries of this program must adhere to a number of commitments aimed at helping to find permanent employment, as well as showing a serious indicator of job search. Those who wish to benefit from the Job Seeker Program are required to fulfill all of the above tasks and obligations. The benefits of the program can only be obtained through the faithful completion of all obligations and failure to comply with them may result in financial penalties and exclusion from the program.

Commitments include:
1. Weekly login:

The need to log on to the National Employment Portal at least once every seven days to review and complete the tasks and obligations (eg, filling out information, attending electronic training or other tasks).

2. Attend the training courses:

Enroll in and successfully complete any training course required by the job seeker, including on-the-job training and distance training.

3. Attendance Interviews:

All job interviews, identified by the Human Resources Development Fund (HDF) or one of its commissioners, are required to conduct interviews with employers or third parties.

4. Accepting suitable job offers:

Accepting suitable job offers provided by HRDF (Goal). There is a limit to suitable job offers that can be rejected by the applicant, since rejection of suitable job offers is an indication of the seriousness of the job seeker.

Beneficiaries of the program
All applicants must apply the following:
Must be a Saudi national or a Saudi mother
Not less than 20 years and not more than 35 years old
Be able to work
Not be employed in the public or private sector
Not be entitled to a pension
Not be entitled to any financial provision or compensation against unemployment
Do not have a business
Be a student or trainee at any stage of education or training
Shall not have a fixed income equal to or greater than the financial allowance paid to him as a monthly average within the twelve months prior to the beginning of the month in which he applied
To be a resident of the Kingdom for a period not less than 10 months during the period during which the application is submitted or during the disbursement of the financial allocation.
The following terms shall apply before applying:
At least six months from the date of obtaining the certificate of passing the university or university or high school certificate or equivalent or the certificate of passing the training.
At least six months from the date of withdrawal of the applicant from the study or training if he is not entitled to remuneration from the State during this study or training.
At least one year from the date of withdrawal of the applicant from the study or training if he is entitled to remuneration from the State during this study or training
At least three months from the date of termination of the previous employment relationship, whether in the public or private sector.
To spend at least two months during the period of study of the application without prejudice to all the obligations and tasks required.
