Download the latest IDD Prefix Dialer (IDD/ISD) application, version 1.28, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Communication app is developed by Allvins and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 1.28, 1.18, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.
Description
No need to add Prefix number/Access Number manually. Just save the phone number with + or isd code. you make calls easily.
Steps:
1. Go to settings, choose the plan name (configure first time only)
2. Call Screen - type the mobile number / click contacts icon to choose the phone number from contacts.
3. Press Call Button to connect the call.
Features (screens) :
Settings (menu->settings):
1. IDD/ISD Prefix Plan Selection
Call:
1. Type and Dial
2. Click the contact to select the contact
4. display plan name and Dial Pattern for the selected IDD/ISD Plan
Call History
1. You can make calls from the call history Screen. click on the call log to Make Call
2. Click the star icon to make the phone number as Favorite Number
Favorite
1. You can make calls from the Favorites Screen. click on the number to Make Call
2. you can remove the number from favorite using delete button

* This is not a VOIP application.
* It will work without Internet Connection.

App permissions
IDD Prefix Dialer (IDD/ISD) 1.28 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

1 ★ Opens Skype instead of the phone. I tried to install it on my phone for the m1 prefix (021) but it didn't work. Luckily I still had an application from a disappeared developer on an old phone (sing idd) and I reinstalled it. I uninstalled this app which is of no use. Q
